The whole process was great. Glad to give my old games a new less on life through here.

The purchased item arrived in no Logitech G Flight Panel box, but wrapped in plastic in a cheap mail box. The panel had no screws and 2 corners were cracked. It also didn’t come with the external bracket. What a waste of money, I’m now going to have to purchase another Flight panel. I would not recommend to buy from this company, save your money.

First time ordering from the site. While easy to use and pay, I expected the item to be somewhat used.

The item came dirty. With fragments of something inside the number keys on the side of the mouse. Severely worn down mouse buttons and bottom feet underneath. It’s older than my current Razer Naga. More than likely will be kept as an emergency spare in case my current mouse ends up completely dying.

The staff at Eastland, Vic, were terrific. Helpful, got our iPads assessed and a voucher issued within an hour. We then used the voucher to purchase another iPad on the website as they didn't have the one we wanted in store. The purchase process was a little tricky as we didn't have an expiry on the voucher but the website insisted we enter one. I had to read through terms and conditions to figure out that the date needed to be 2 or 3 years plus a week. Once the purchase was done, the postage was quite quick 4 days I think but the iPad arrived not packaged very well it was just chucked in a large box with some of that inflatable packaging that was not secured so the iPad was just moving around the box freely unprotected. That being said, we have had no issues with the iPad itself, it was as described, and works well!

Had the games i had been searching for. Super fast delivery and great communication knew they got my order and that it was shipped.. I know where i will look when I'm getting more games. Also very easy site to use.. well done.

I was sent used airpods with someone ear wax still inside. Disgusting.

Ordered online, received item with components missing, item was filthy and was definitely incorrectly graded.

They allowed my item to be delivered to TAFE where my friend works as I am in hospital and it didn't take long for him to receive it and get it to me. Well packaged and in great condition

The px7 headphones I bought are beautiful and sound magnificent under in wonderful conditions, my fiance enjoying the tablet that I bought her which is also perfect and just like mine in just as good a condition, and I bought my new (wish I'd known about CeX earlier) and the next hub I bought works perfectly. Returning items was easy and pain-free!

Very disappointing experience. The product listings display game covers that don't always match the product actually supplied. I received a different cover variant to the one advertised. For collectors, cover variants matter, as different editions can have different desirability and value depending on the title. If customers may receive a different variant to the one pictured, this should be clearly stated rather than displaying a cover that may not match the item being sold. I would not have purchased the item had the correct cover been shown.

I ordered a buzz complete set but one of the buzzers didn’t work, return process was so easy as well as amazing communication via email! they received my return and within 2 hours they had tested the products and sent out a replacement!
