Good annual review with Victoria.

My visit to hidden hearing was a pleasant one. My consultation was professionally carried out and I am happy with the hearing that were recommended. The after care I have received from Victoria has been very friendly and professional.

I’ve been lucky enough never to have had trouble with my hearing, but latterly things have become a little muffled, so I made an appointment to get checked out and what a great experience from making the appointment to being seen by Roz for treatment - thank you!

Cameron was great and understanding. Said my hearing had not got any worse. Showed me some “ in the ear “ hearing aids and told me how much I would be paying for a set etc. seemed a decent guy. A1

Hidden Hearing in Bournemouth- exploited the failing health of my mother by selling her a £5000 hearing aid not fit for purpose! Finally got it resolved when in hospice, when Victoria reluctantly deigned to visit my dying mother - and made her feelings clear, which is utterly unprofessional inappropriate behaviour. Avoid if at all vunerable

It was very easy to get on with the tests

Felt pressured into buying expensive hearing aids, couldn't use them as unbeknown to me had an ear infection. Probably due to having wax removal procedure. However I was refunded my money straightaway after complaining and returning the aids.

The young man called Cameron (?) was a trainee, but very easy to communicate with and was open minded regarding the close connection of overclosure of the jaws accompanying the inevitable wearing out dentition with age, and the affect on hearing of the Temporo-Mandibular joint position.
I am a dental Surgeon!

Consultant I saw was very clear and excellent at asking me questions about my hearing, she explained all about the picture of the inside of my ear and assured me all was well, happy consultation.

The level of expertise coupled with genuine understanding and customer care.

Treated with courtesy and kindness by all members of staff at all times. Nothing too much.
Would be happy to recommend them to all my relatives and friends if ever required.

I made an appointment to have my ears cleared on Wednesday. On getting there I asked to make an appointment re new hearing aids and was given one for that very afternoon.
I was impressed by the expertise of the audiologist and simply astonished to find that I was able to walk out of the shop that day actually wearing the new aids.
