I had been recommended Hidden Hearing by a friend for wax removal, and I have to say the friendliness of the staff and the service was excellent.

Hidden Hearing are absolutely fantastic. My partner and I visit Ros once or twice a year for a hearing test and wax removal. As keen scuba and free divers, ear health is really important to us, and Ros always takes exceptional care of us. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with my many questions. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Hidden Hearing in Westbourne is worth every penny, and I’d highly recommend their friendly, professional service.

The convenience of being seen at home, albeit the office was closed.

You contacted us every couple of days asking us to make an appointment. Eventually when we agree, we are put through to someone who asks if there is a problem with our hearing to make an appointment. We say no, the problem is you constantly calling us.
We had previously had an appointment and undergone a full hearing assessment- several years previously and been told we were borderline.
This time we go in , they know nothing about any previous visit, give us both a 30 second quick test, tell us both we need a full hearing test and then we leave.
Poorly managed and absolutely pointless.
You should have known about our previous history (same location).
To be fair the people we met were fine, it’s clearly your systems!

Only reason not 5 stars is earlier longer appointment meant running late. However told immediately on arrival and everything else professional, friendly and helpful as usual. Hearing aids superb and changes in hearing explained clearly.

Very professional patient calm understanding

The audiologist was very thorough explaining the problems with hearing loss. I've lived with hearing loss for most of my childhood and all my adult life. Now that I can hear properly again it has boosted my confidence and I feel I'm part of the crowd not living on the outside.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Westbourne because they are local to my area, and I had researched their company and read positive reviews. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome and a reassuring consultation with Paul, the audiologist. He confirmed that I needed to wear hearing aids due to my significant hearing impairment.

Paul was very thorough and took the time to understand my needs, which helped me feel confident about wearing the aids. I have now been using them for two months, and it has made a remarkable difference in my life. I can genuinely enjoy social conversations and hear the TV without constantly adjusting the volume as I am deafening everyone else in the room!

Accepting that I needed hearing aids was challenging, as they represent a significant investment in my well-being. Nevertheless, I was prepared for this commitment. I've also returned for regular follow-ups to ensure the settings are correct. Victoria has been incredibly helpful, making sure I have all my questions answered before I leave.

I know I can return anytime if I encounter any issues. I am very pleased with the service I have received and the hearing aids, I would recommend visiting to get your hearing checked.

Was very impressed with meeting Mr Richards at the Westbourne branch. He made a lot of sense about hearing aids.

Had a really fantastic appointment with Roz! She explained everything super well, was absolutely lovely and then the ear cleaning was pretty chill and speedy too.

The company is very professional and Roz treated me and my husband very well. Brilliant explanation off what was going to happen and what she was doing. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others

First class experience. The whole process from the consultation, through to fitting my new hearing aids was excellent. Nothing was rushed and everything was explained to make sure I felt comfortable and happy before I left the store. And a follow up appointment was made to make sure I had no issues and answer any questions. Can highly recommend.

If I could give them 6*s I would... this has completely blown my mind. I came in almost deaf in one ear due to so much ear wax buildup and left with superhuman hearing. I WILL be going back regularly. Highly recommended!

Just a very good visit all round, Sam on reception is very friendly and welcoming and my visit with Victoria was excellent.
