Andy was a lovely man and made me feel at ease as I had not had wax removed before. The experience was not unpleasant and he explained everything that he was going to do. Hearing has been a lot clearer since being at Hidden Hearing.

I received an excellent hearing test from Laura, and she explained my problem in great detail. She was very patient and understanding, and suggested options to help my problem. I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing in Falkirk.
