I was having earwax removed and I was very impressed with the service I received it was expertly explained what was going to happen and also with the actual removal of the wax.

Friendly staff, comfortable surroundings, audiologist explains everything clearly and puts you at ease.

A great experience, had a hearing test with the audiologist who was very knowledgeable and kept me informed at each stage of the test as to what was being tested and why.
