The experience was great, it was very detailed and I felt comfortable during this.

Had my appointment at 9.30 4/3/23 in high Wycombe was quiet nervous, it was extremely clean and friendly , roopa samani put me so at ease as I was extremely nervous first time going , and it was brilliant was told esa try what was what and at the end I could hear again which felt great , she made all my worries go away did a small hearing test Aswell , then recommended I go back for a check up which is already booked , but I would HIghly Recommend HIDDEN HEARING x

I Had a hearing test with Yassin yesterday and he was very polite and professional person and gave me all the help and support i needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a hearing test.

The experience with Yassin who was helping me with problems doing a review he was professional a d verypagient and and todY has helped enormously with using the the hearing aids properly and I smfeeling much more comfortable with all of it Nd will Lwauys remember his help

I had my first ever micro suction today to remove ear wax in both ears. I’m quite a nervous person about any medical procedures. Luckily I had Roopa samani who was very tentative and calming. I feel so much better after this and will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

I went in for an ear wax removal appointment and Roopa Samani was friendly and professional and made the experience very easy. She was informative and spoke clearly and competently explaining the process at every stage.

My ear care practitioner, Roopa Samani, was very careful and worked hard to remove wax buildup in my ear. Though I do have some hearing loss anyway, I noticed an improvement in the hearing in that ear.
