She is a real expert who explains the procedure thoroughly putting one at ease. She is also most generous with her time and I thoroughly recommend her to anyone with ear problems. I had an appointment today at hidden hearing for ear wax removal. I was introduced to Mandy who explained the whole procedure to me, giving me confidence in her knowledge and up to date technology.
She put me at ease the whole time, taking my own

Today I had my ear wax removed by Mandy and she didn't fall short of making the experience as smooth and calming as she could. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Ben Rogers your hearing aid dispenser was very professional in his approach to assisting me in choosing a hearing aid, providing me lots of tests and information, he made me feel very relaxed in the way he presented a hearing test ,explaining each part in layman's terms.

From meeting Grace the receptionist & Mandy the gear care practitioner I felt comfortable and found the whole experience very professional. They were polite and caring in every way. Answered my questions and was very reassuring
The test itself was thorough and my results were explained perfectly

The whole process from start to finish was exemplary!!
Mandy put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. She talked me through everything and then got on with the task!

Professional and friendly greeting by receptionist on arrival for appointment. Mandy, the ear care practitioner was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and I felt reassured and at ease. Mandy’s expertise and patience were much appreciated as was the state of the art equipment. Another family member is hoping to book an appointment for the same procedure and follow up.
