The optician explained everything to me. She great and very polite but I realised that I have such a loss, I was shocked but not surprised. Thank you.

Ben Rogers your hearing aid dispenser was very professional in his approach to assisting me in choosing a hearing aid, providing me lots of tests and information, he made me feel very relaxed in the way he presented a hearing test ,explaining each part in layman's terms.

From meeting Grace the receptionist & Mandy the gear care practitioner I felt comfortable and found the whole experience very professional. They were polite and caring in every way. On my second visit Ben the hearing specialist was extremely competent and welcoming. 10/10 for customer care. Garry Bucknall - Hull .

Mandy is just brilliant! Patient, kind, always informative and hands on. She really made me feel calm and involved which for me was such a good experience. The Technology was again, for me, so advanced and I was able to see the results in real time on the screen. Would I recommend Hidden Hearing? Unequivocally! A Five star woman and company. If in doubt at all, give hidden hearing your ears and on on the basis of my personal experience you’ll be so happy you did
