the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. the booking service is easy with reminders which are very useful.

Extremely good customer service and great care taken by ear care specialist in removing ear wax, which was painless and very quick. I particularly like the fact that you are shown before and after images, which gives absolute confidence in the care provided.

Always a warm and welcoming reception, followed by a professional service.
Everything was fully explained as tests were conducted, and all options of Hearing aids were explained.

The procedure was pain free and I was very pleased to have full hearing back. Will definitely be returning to Hidden Hearing next time . Good value - I’ve paid more at other places that were not so good.
