I turned up without an appointment and spoke to Alison on reception and was able to seen straight away. Alison very friendly and helpful with me before sending me through to see Amina. Amina was great, put me at ease throughout the hearing test and my options after. Very knowledgeable. First class service. Highly recommended.

The knowledge and friendliness of the audiologist was wonderful. We had a very enjoyable time and the result is excellent.

Chloe was amazing.
Talked through the procedure, explaining simply what she would be doing
Had a look at the inside of the ears, and showed me the contents, then what her next step would be.
Proceeded nicely, and finally removed the blockage that's been bugging me for years. Worth every penny of £70!

After days of worry at sudden year loss in one ear, although unable to give treatment was assured and advised of next step to take. Despite doctors surgery not giving urgent appointment as suggested by audiologist, was able to make appointment with optician/hearing centre and will get treatment this week.

The whole process for the ear wax removal was simple and straightforward. They provide with the all the information you need to know.

Hearing aids excellent [should be for the price]
Iwas not adviced of free syringe service if you bought hearing aids and i was refused it 14 days after purchase
I really think this is totally unacceptable and made me consider sending the aids back within the 60 day clause i would appreciate you comments

Totally disgusted with this Company, after having a visit and intended purchase from Hidden Hearing after being told my elderley Father did not have was in his ears. Got a 2nd opinion from Specsavers and told us he did have a lot of wax in his ear.

I wonder what would have happened if we had gone along with the fitting of the Hearing Aids from Hidden Hearing as "If you have hearing aids, and there is too much wax inside the ear canals, this can result in: Damage to the hearing aid. Poor hearing aid performance. Difficulty hearing"

Anything for a sale seems to me, utterly disgusted. We now have to go back to the beginning after weeks of waiting !

Excellent experience all the staff are very polite and helpful there was a slight problem through no fault of there own which was rectified immediately.

Contacted Hidden hearing at Leeds on 18th July after numerous attempts, finally managed to speak to Alison. My elderly father was having problems with his hearing aid which is still under warranty, he was unable to come in to sort this out as he had Covid and Alison agreed to extend the warranty and advised us to call back to make another appointment when he was well enough to attend an appointment to sort it out. We have now been calling every day for the past few days and again there is no response at all. The hearing aid is not fit for purpose and we cannot get an appointment or an answer to our calls to rectify these issues. The customer service is appalling.

I received excellent service and audiologist described step by step what the procedure entailed.

Amina our consultant has been very helpful in looking after my 95 year-old father who picked up his new hearing aids today and early signs are good; the appointment was about 30 minutes late but a courteous apology was given.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

There was a mix up with appointment but we were seen within 10 mins by a lively gentleman
