Jenny made may visit to Hidden hearing a pleasure -like meeting up with a friend. She is compassionate and helpful with suggestions to overcome any problem I experience with the hearing aids and with regard to my present ENT situation

Ear care procedure carried out by Wendy was as expected timely and professionally undertaken.

I SUFFER FROM SOME MEMORY & COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT PROBLEMS AS A RESULT OF DOING NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR & PROFESSIONAL BOXING FOR THE UK FOR OVER 20 YEARS. AS A RESULT I FORGOT THAT I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY YET WHEN I ASKED HER TO WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL I TIDY MY FLAT. SHE WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PATIENT AND KIND WHILST WAITING FOR 10 MINS & ONCE SHE CAME INTO MY FLAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED WAS EXCELLENT IN TERMS OF LETTING ME KNOW THAT I HAD WON THE COMPETITION & WAS NOW GIFTED A WONDERFUL NEW HEARING AID SET & HAD MY HEARING VERY THOROUGHLY *TESTED IN BOTH EARS, AS MY LEFT EAR DRUM WAS ALSO PERFORATED DURING MY 20 YEAR BOXING CAREER.

Went for a hearing check at Leigh on Sea Essex branch and Jennie was fabulous and really knew her stuff! Very easy to get on with and explained everything In easy terms. Thankfully not in need of hearing aids just yet but will definitely go back when needed. Thankyou !

So friendly and efficient, knowledgeable in every aspect of hearing, very happy with outcome.

I had my yearly check up with Jenny and as always she was very professional in her approach to a couple of problems I was experiencing and we had them sorted out in no time.
I would recommend anyone who has hearing difficulties to make an appointment to see Jenny, she has the experience to help people hear properly again.

Jen at Leigh on Sea had originally looked after my mother’s ears, now it’s my turn. An anomaly had been picked up with my right ear and now this is being followed up with my GP. Excellent service, nothing too much trouble- fully recommend
