The branch is welcoming and friendly. I was offered coffee which I was glad of.
Jen was the lady I was tested by. She was charming and professional as always. She updated my hearing aids and tested my hearing. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone with hearing issues.
The other ladies Keely and Sue added to a very pleasant visit.

Jenny was really impressive. Very informative, language I could understand. Testing very thorough and finally a good deal on the hearing aids I chose. Would highly recommend.

My left ear was blocked with wax. I have previously experienced painful wax removal, hence was a little tentative...
Wendy was gentle, calm and reassuring. The procedure was painless and after 10 days feeling like my head was in a bucket of water I now have perfect hearing. The relief is incredible. Have booked annual check ups going forward. These people are good. 10/10

I find hearing tests a bit overwhelming but accepted I needed to get hearing aids so went and saw Nick at Hidden Hearing. He was friendly, articulate and professional.
He put me at ease and explained everything. I have gone for the hearing aids and it has been life changing, even though it has only been a couple of weeks. The technology is amazing.

I went to Leigh on sea branch of hidden hearing and it was a great experience. I went to have a hearing check and audiologist Jennie was amazing. She identified issues and also that my ears needed syringing. Had that done very efficiently, and then Jennie re checked my ears and we decided on the next course of action. The whole team were very friendly, welcoming and totally professional throughout. I cannot thank you all enough Jennie and the team. I would thoroughly recommend hidden hearing.

The guy that comes round is always polite and knows is job and always on time

My 85 year old father visited today and was seen by the lovely Jenny who checked his ears and cleaned his hearing aids. He was then seen by Wendy who was very caring when doing the wax removal.
Would highly recommend.

I had my ear assessment with Wendy, she was so professional and really went through each step of treatment so well. I was not scared or nervous at all. I 100 percent recommend this place to any one, looking for hearing issues .

Wendy, Keely and Jen were brilliant from start to finish! I had an appointment for wax removal and they fully explained the procedure, stopped me worrying and gave me great advice on using Earol to soothe any irritation. Will definitely be back in future for any of my ear-related needs :)

I went to the branch in Leigh on Sea, Essex for a pre booked appointment, and basically I met the whole team. Su and Keeley were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Then when I saw Audiologist Jenny, she was lovely, very warm, friendly, professional and reassuring. She checked my ears and found that I had a lot of wax build up. She introduced me to Wendy who then removed the wax for me, and also did a hearing scan. The improvement was immediate. She showed me the test results, and told me to let everything settle for a few weeks before booking a full hearing test with Jenny. I have to say that the whole experience was very smooth, very thorough and very professional. I cannot recommend this branch of hidden hearing highly enough should you have any concerns with your hearing.

My 93 year old mum first used hidden hearing for ear wax removal prior to wanting private hearing aids. At the Leigh on sea branch. Wendy was wonderfully reassuring throughout the whole process and also extremely gentle. Even offering a second session free due to it becoming too much for mum.
Mums hearing test also went incredibly well with Nick being really friendly, professional and he really seems to understand working with much older clients. We could not recommend them more. We’d had a bad experience with one of the high street chains and were apprehensive at first. Please don’t be. They are wonderful.
