The staff were friendly, welcoming and, above all, very knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me as the tests progressed and I was given invaluable advice about my hearing problems.

Very friendly and professional

Extremely helpful staff. Everything explained fully. Extremely satisfied.

Friendly, professional, informative and listened to me.

It wasn't great a all, I had two reminders to be there for 11 and after arriving at 10.45 I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I had asked for a de waxing but it couldn't be done.
There was no hearing test and no information on the latest type of aids.

Janet who looked after me was absolutely superb, very warm and welcoming. Explained everything in great detail and nothing was too much trouble.
