I suffer with severe tinnitus sustained during my time in the RAF working on aircraft and after having a conversation with Tom Maryan about the difficulties hearing in a busy and loud environments, I decided to get a set of hearing aids. Since I began using them, hearing and having a conversation has been remarkably easy, they allow me to hear clearly what the people in front of and around me are actually saying. I no longer feel isolated and am able to join in with the conversations which I was unable to do previously.
I honestly cannot believe the difference it has made to me, and would urge anyone who suffers with tinnitus to seriously consider speaking to the staff at Hidden Hearing.

Elaine listened carefully to my ongoing ear problems. She then explained all the different tests I would be having. Elaine was very personable, professional, caring and thorough.

Absolutely brilliant, my mum was treated so respectfully and involved in the entire appointment. She was totally relaxed and felt included in decisions about her. The hearing aids I tried on were very comfortable and could hear very clearly straight away.

Elaine Norris at Hidden Hearing in Lytham St Annes, explained how the ear was made up and how each test related to the parts of the ear. She took her time to explain the results of all the tests and also took the ti.e to shiw which aids would be best for me
I was given all the information including costs and any finance programs available to take away and digest. Elaine also explained there was no obligation at this time to go ahead and could discuss the options with my family

The whole process of booking and having the appointment was straightforward and easy. Elaine was extremely professional, clear and efficient.
