2 Women came to my house. One was obviously a saleswoman and the other, supposedly providing evidential backup, was a user of the product. The sales technique they employed was typical of a cheap double glazing salesperson.

They started with a quote of £14,000 for both ears. When I indicated that was beyond my reach they reduced it to £10,000, continuing to reduce it down till they reached £6,000. The product they sell may possibly be good, but their sales techniques are abysmal. How many people are conned into paying the original quoted price? This is a well known sales technique usually employed by fly by night kitchen and double glazing con men. Not something I would expect from a so called Health Executive.

Would not touch them with a barge pole!

However didn’t suggest trying cheaper options which would have been beneficial. However I was impressed with the product though a little pricey.

Very positive experience! Tom was very thorough in explaining each of the tests that I completed and was also thorough in terms of the results. At one point he was able to show me my ear drum by using a camera. I would highly recommend!

From the first voice on the telephone to the actual visit from the rep not a fault can be found. How can I say this? After many years in business and working with companies like ICI who sent us an A4 sheet on how to answer the telephone and the importance of this (which a lot of companies discount) and everything else that follows the customer is king.

Vert pleased with my new hearing aids. Excellent, professional service from Elaine Norris. She explained everything clearly. She also showed me how to use the oticon app to enhance my hearing.

She tried to tell me that I had hearing loss in my right ear. I did not believe her and I have since had another test which showed that I have no hearing loss at all. The only reason that I have not complained is because she did take the wax out of ear which was the whole point of the visit.

Tom at the Lytham branch was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure that my 94 yr old mum got the best from her hearing aids and helped me by putting the app on my phone.

Date and time is always clearly given and reminders sent to ensure it is still convenient to attend the nearest clinic session. I have been offered home visits if unable to get to the clinic because of the limited rural bus timetable.
The staff are very approachable , helpful and considerate and ensure the procedures are explained fully and that you are comfortable with what is happening. The hearing test procedures are done efficiently and Tom at the Garstang/ Lytham branch is especially thorough and communicates the steps through the tests clearly. I always receive excellent treatment

Elaine Norris was absolutely wonderful. She patiently and in a simple jargon free language explained the test and results so well.

Are you like me ? Going progressively deaf over many years. Used several types of hearing-aids over time. Each one being somewhat better than the previous but after some time, once again, leaving you somewhat isolated from friends and family by not hearing properly once more.
This time I went to Hidden Hearing – the Lytham branch being my local shop. I learned there that technology is changing fast. The latest software programs, sound filtering and amplification abilities in hearing-aids are completely different to any of my previous ‘aids’. The Audiologist at Lytham was Mrs. E. Norris. I was at first somewhat doubtful about the description of the new technology being offered to me, but two weeks later when Mrs. Norris fitted me with a pair of the latest ‘aids’, I was truly very very surprised. I can say honestly that I now feel that I hear just as well as I did before the world of silence began to creep over me. The terms at Lytham are - it will cost you nothing to try the new hearing-aids out. There’s nothing to lose ! Except your hearing …..

I had a hearing test with Elaine Norris today and can highly recommend her and the clinic. She was caring, informative, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to book a free hearing test with her.
