Thank you to all the staff at Rugby! Kerrie for her excellent directions and warm welcome, Emma for sorting out the ear wax in such a reassuring way and Pram for doing a brilliant job in sorting out the ‘faulty’ hearing aid! Good to know you are there for us!

The service and friendly nature of the staff was absolutely marvellous.

From June Hill. One happy lady from Rugby.

Hassan is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. He conducted a really thorough hearing test. But Hidden Hearing instruments are very expensive. Not for me - just yet.

Pram could not have been more helpful and patient. He made sure that I understood all the processes involved in using my new hearing aids and set up the phone app for me. It makes such a difference to be able to control my hearing in varying circumstances.

Pram was such a professional with his expertise and knowledge of his Job, nothing was to much trouble to answer our questions or concerns about our hearing aids, would recommend pram without a doubt.
A++++ service

Excellent, friendly and efficient service.

I’ve always struggled with my ears being small which makes them hard to clean. Emma was fantastic with getting as much wax out as physically possible which has made work much easier now I can hear properly! Fully recommend, will 100% be using again in the future.
