Grichma and Kerry make a good team in providing a warm welcome backed up by sound expertise and efficient administration. The hearing tests are explained in advance and results are discussed in a clear and helpful fashion. I was at a stage when adjustments were made after a 12 month period but they had initially provided all the resources required to make a start.

The staff are great. They couldn’t complete the procedure but rebooked me and gave me excellent advice on what to do in the meantime to complete it successfully next time. I have every confidence in them.
The change of name of the company is ridiculous and meaningless to customers! Audika🤣

The audiologist was excellent, explained everything clearly and answered questions fully.

Thorough wax removal followed by a hearing check. They were able to do two ears for the price of one and even had me come back for free when the wax on one side was a bit stubborn. They were willing to give me some advice on hearing aids. Really appreciated it.

Professional, thorough, open to questions and provides honest answers. I would (and have) recommended to my friends and relatives that they vist the local Audika branch if they have concerns about their hearing health, or just to have a free hearing test to get confirmation that all is well

The hearing aids I now use have changed my life dramatically as I am hearing so much more after several years of NHS aids. Many thanks to Audika and, in particular to Grichma at their Rugby branch. Clear communication about appointment & all testing being carried out. Reassuring staff with very open friendly approach - Grichma & Kerry. Easy to talk to & time given to discuss all aspects.

I came in to see if they could squeeze me in for a wax appointment but unfortunately they couldn’t, however, when I explained why I wanted the slot, I was advised to go and see my GP as there may be an infection. I felt like I was listened to and given the best possible advice and will certainly book for a wax removal of needed after I've been to the GP. Kerry and Grichma made me feel very welcome and I would thoroughly recommend them.

One hearing aid crackled and stopped working Sunday evening. I phoned HiddenHearing Monday morning and they booked a home appointment for the next day. Later the same day the gentleman from Hidden Hearing who does my home appointments phoned to see if he could come, if the hearing aid needed sending away he wanted to do it quickly. In fact he was able to repair it. That’s SERVICE.

I didn't know what to expect from this company but it was way above any of my expectations...I visited the Rugby one and the audiologist 'Grishma' truly couldn't do much more than she did- the hearing test was very thorough and she explained everything in detail- I don't think any company would compare to Hidden Hearing in my opinion...

I have been a client of Hidden Hearing for 5 years, and have had some issues over the years with what my hearing aids were capable of.
Grichma Trambaclal is new to the Rugby store, and explained how the hearing aids worked and interact with brain and which settings to use which was at odds with my previous understanding.
She has a very easy way of explaining things.

Very pleasant and informative. Very in depth hearing test and all my questions answered. Highly recommend. Clear explanation as to what level of help each type of hearing aid offered.

Great first contact by phone, told me everything i needed to know. Warm welcome when I arrived. Everyone introduced themselves and my treatment was was explained in detail.
