Absolutely fantastic, great service very professional highly recommend

The knowledge and approach of my hearing technician and the receptionist at my local venue.

Lily was absolutely brilliant. She made everything so calm and explained what she was doing. It was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend her.

I had a problem of music distortion in my right hearing aid. This was sorted during the visit and I am happy with the result.

Good morning, re our recent visit to Hidden Hearing (York Street Sheffield) as soon as we walked in we was greeted by Julie who greeted us with a smile and was very professional, her customer service was outstanding and she made us very welcome. Lilly, who also greeted us with a smile talked us through the whole procedure and explained everything throughout and gave a very clear detailed analysis of my test results. Lilly was focused on me all the time making sure I could understand what she was explaining Lilly's customer service was also outstanding. We would highly recommend Hidden Hearing - Dave & Wizz xx

I’ve taken my in-laws to Audika (they are 97 & 94) and I have been so impressed with the level of care and attention provided. Lily has been absolutely wonderful, very patient, kind & taken a genuine interest in them both. She has taken time to explain very clearly the process and the benefits, made adjustments when necessary and nothing has been too much trouble for her.
Julie has made booking appointments very easy and looks after whichever one of them is in reception whilst the other is in the appointment
Lily & Julie both make this a very pleasant experience, both arealways cheerful & have a lovely demeanour with their clients.

Always a friendly and pleasant time at Audika York St. We came to this clinic for my dad when it was called Hidden Hearing after hearing good things from his friends about their hearing aids and aftercare. Lilly practiced every part of using the hearing aids with us both to make sure he could do everything he needed to and that I could help when I needed to. She is patient and doesn’t rush, there’s no pressure to buy anything and Julie always has a nice chat with us when we come, nothing is too much trouble for them. Lilly involves me personally every step of the way and if I ever have questions she gets back to me directly on the same day, I appreciate being able to liaise with her whenever I need to rather than wait days for appointments with my dad unable to hear. Thank you both for everything so far.

Lily and Julie have always been very accommodating and helpful when it comes to my nan. Being personable and patient when dealing with older people may not seem like much but it goes along way and has made my nan feel comfortable and understood. As my nan has got older, she has found it more difficult to make it into the store and keep appointments. Lily has arranged for taxis and even home visits for my nan too.

On arriving to have our hearing test we were welcomed by Julie who offered my sister and myself a cup of coffee. She was very friendly and made us felt at ease. Lilly who did the hearing test was very professional and friendly we felt at ease from the start. Lilly explained everything about our hearing test. After the hearing test Lilly asked if we had any questions she always has time to listen. I came away with hearing aids which has made a big improvement to my hearing we have got a follow up appointment to check everything is OK the service we received was excellent

I just wanted to share mine and my grandmother’s experience working with Lilly from the Sheffield branch. It was something that at first felt quite daunting and nerve wracking, but Lilly’s friendly, relaxed nature and her approachability immediately put my grandmother at ease. She was so caring, patient and unbelievably knowledgeable and informative when it came to explaining and everything and our options. Nothing is too much trouble and she truly goes above and beyond. Lilly is so warm and friendly my grandmother now looks forward to any potential appointments - a drastic change compared to the nerves the first time!

Lovely welcoming reception. Lilly, the audiologist was very knowledgeable & approachable & made me feel comfortable. I felt as though I’d had a thorough examination & I did not feel pressurised to purchase their hearing aids.

First time at this venue staff were very friendly and helpful listening to all the problems I have been having with my hearing aids will be going back very soon

As soon as we walked in the Hearing Centre we were made to feel so Welcome by the Receptionist. Lily who did the Testing was so friendly and helpful and explained every stage to my husband who was having the test and to myself and ensured we understood everything. Once my husband had his hearing aids fitted the follow up care has been great and I am sure will continue to be so.

My hearing tested was very thorough and everything so well explained. I felt really welcome and that Lilly and Julie did all they could to put me at my ease
