Audika - Sheffield York Street レビュー

Really welcoming and pleasant staff.
Thoroughly professional review in a relaxed atmosphere. Very satisfying visit

New contact who did a brilliant job. Professional, well informed and personable

Lilly was very professional, warm and thorough. We felt totally as ease with her and she explained in detail each test. I would totally recommend.

Jack was proficient and concise punctuality and easy to hear what he was saying. Unfortunately he couldn't sort out my right earing aid.If he had I would have placed an order there and then. The aids he suggested where excellent.i have already passed on to a friend who is fed up with NHS lack of after care. Most likely go back to hidden hearing soon

Lilly instantly put me at ease, giving me a very thorough hearing test. She was very clear with her explanation of how hearing works, and options available to me.

Lilly was good at explaining and listening

Lilly and team couldn't be more brilliant at their jobs. Took my cheeky Dad along for a test. Lilly was very informative with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend them.

Lilly is absolutely brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable and kind

Lilly is very professional and helpful, explaining everything as she carries out the various tests.

The person, Lily, who tested my hearing was both professional and interactive which meant that my hearing test was both an informative and interesting process

Friendly, helpful and highly professional staff. Emma was the lady who did the wax removal.

I had a hearing test with Lilly and was really pleased with the whole experience. She was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The process was smooth and well explained, and she took the time to go through the results clearly. I felt completely at ease and confident in her care. I would definitely recommend Lilly to anyone needing a hearing test — thank you for such a positive experience!

Very friendly, explained the whole process and the tests, constantly checking if we had any questions about what she was saying. Explained all the results and ways to go forward, tested my hearing with hearing aids and ensured they worked properly etc, went for a walk outside with them in to see if I could tell a real world difference not just in the consultation room like most would. Very clean and tidy place too. Highly recommend! Lily was lovely, very attentive

Lilly was fantastic, warm, professional and extremely thorough. She fully explained all of the tests and made sure I was clear about the process.
Lilly also made sure I had the opportunity ask any questions I needed.
Clearly very experienced and knew exactly what the customer needs.
Overall a very worthwhile visit.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing Sheffield.

I visited hidden hearing today for my test, i was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made sure that i feel welcome.
I was then called in by Lilly who introduced herself as hearing aid dispenser. LILLY Explained all the procedure from taking the consent to the last bit.
Lilly was friendly with can do attitude and answered all the questions i had. Nothing seemed a big trouble for her and she made me feel at ease with smile and professionalism.
I would recomend Lilly anytime to my friends family and community without hesitation.
