Mandy in the Sheffield office was brilliant - kept going until my ear was clear, even when it was clearly not an easy task! Patient, friendly and helpful.

Just had an appointment with Lilly in Leeds, who usually works in Sheffield. What a lovely lady. So helpful! I have had issues with my hearing aids not fitting properly. They fit now thanks to Lilly!

My father is 99yrs old and has bilateral hearing aids, without them he can hear nothing at all. After being left without hearing aids from a previous company we used that thought it acceptable to leave him in a silent world for over 6weeks with excuse after excuse I went to this fantastic company.
Lilly & Julie was so welcoming they helped me with dad as he is wheelchair bound and obviously could not hear a thing
Lilly was patient and wrote information down for dad and I was expecting a wait once hearing test wa was done. But they gave him a pair of hearing aids there and then. The smile on his face said it all.
The after care is amazing, being reassured that dad will never be without hearing aids as they give replacement immediately if anything should go wrong no waiting weeks for them to be fixed and not being able to hear a thing. They really have thought of everything, remote to turn the aids up or down so dad can do independently I would highly recommend this company

I went to Hidden Hearing in Sheffield for a hearing test today, Lilley & Julie were very welcoming & friendly & my appointment was on time. The test was carried out very thoroughly & hygienically, Lily explained every step as we went along & made sure I understood the results, I was even given a print out of my hearing levels. To my surprise the test was completely free. I would highly recommend anyone who thinks they may have some hearing loss to give this team a try. Thankyou Lilly & Julie.

From being someone who was nervous and ashamed at the idea of wearing hearing aids at the age of 52, the service provided by Lilly at the Sheffield branch was superb!!! She’s provided a very professional approach of review my hearing loss analysis and recommended the appropriate aids that are working really well. The quality of conversations at work & home have massively improved. The backup service is also superb.

My mum had a visit today to have her annual checkup and her hearing aids adjusted and serviced. The gentleman who came was lovely, didnt try to sell her any new hearing aids and wasnt pushy at all. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

I would like to say I had great service from Jan French who inspected my ears to carry out wax removal service.

Jan is friendly, outgoing and dedicated to helping me.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Sheffield with my mother-in-law who was having difficulties with her hearing aids. Lily was brilliant; professional, kind, and patient. She talked through the issues and step-by-step showed us how to resolve them for ourselves in future.

I took my 91 year old mum to the Sheffield branch where we were helped by Lily. She was exceptionally kind and patient in testing mum’s hearing, talking to us about solutions and recommending a new aid. The aftercare since has been great. What a great ambassador for the company.
If you have been suffering from deteriorating NHS hearing aid services and are in a position to take a different route I would recommend Lily and Hidden Hearing.

I had heavily impacted ear wax in both ears and ear care practitioner Jan French and the Hidden Hearing team were professional and friendly throughout - and most importantly, successful in sorting my problem out for me painlessly. I would recommend trying Jan French for ear wax removal advice.

LILLY Demirezen was extremely helpful in conducting my hearing test with clear and concise instruction and explanation in what to do and expect. Provided expert guidance as to what hearing aid to choose and its cost.

My elderly Father in law was desperately struggling with his NHS hearing aid and didn't have a back up. I rang Hidden Hearing for advice and within a couple of hours they had sent a taxi to collect him. Lilly was kind and professional and as I live 2.5 hours away she spoke with me over the phone during her assessment of him. He felt she understood and appreciated his problem and fitted him with a new device which immediately changed his life. He wishes he had discovered this wonderful service earlier as in less than a week his quality of life is much improved. Thank you for your patience, caring and considerate approach.
