Quality service - nice and friendly people

All excellent
HH mailed me to go for hearing checkup to follow up my first hearing check in April. Lily attended me again with professional, super informative, as well as kind and friendly approach. I even had the chance to try using a hearing aid and realising how much difference it made.
I am afraid of the cost, but Lily explained the interest-free credit option, making the purchase more accessible.
In all, 5 star experience.

The consultant, Lily was exceptional, she described all aspects of the hearing process and went into detail how the hearing aids work.
I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone contemplating purchasing hearing aids.
Prior to visiting Hidden Hearing, I attended a well known provider and was very unsatisfied, I was supplied with the wrong hearing devices.
the ones from Hidden Hearing are far superior.

Lilly explained everything very clearly. I am a tinnitus sufferer and my priority was to alleviate the aweful problems it brings. Only had aids a week and they are helping. Need to go back for a slight tweak. The appointment was pre booked. Overall an expensive but worthwhile purchase

Prompt, friendly efficient and professional service.

Great service, help and advice by Lilly in the Sheffield office. I was given a range of options and the results of the audio tests were clearly explained

After fitting I was able to arrange a number of meetings and Lilly varied the settings to overcome any issues

The best customer service I have received

I could see myself how your service is highly professional from the start. You were also provided me with a thorough explanation of your service and I had a good experience altogether.

My free hearing Test was professionally conducted by Lilly using state of the art technology, and the results produced and explained graphically.

Very impressed with the demonstration of the benefits of upgrading old hearing aids to the latest models, which easily link to a smartphone app.

Very comfortable environment to be in.

First time having a wax.

Had left ear totally blocked. Jan had it cleared in minutes, no pain, no discomfort. She was patient and explained everything in details.

Definitely recommend Hidden Hearing, Sheffield.

As a health worker myself, I have nothing but the best review of the services offered.
Promises made were kept as hearing assessment was free, and Lilly was super cool and professional. She allowed room for informed consent, clearly explaining the assessments to be done, confirming understanding of the explanations, and allowing for a post-assessment discussion.
I wish the team the very best.

Very good hearing test. Very impressed with Nateen Parel very informative and patient answered all our questions.
I haven't received my aids yet just hope they are as good as the test
