Had my annual check up with Robert since switching from the NHS hearing aid service last year. Very friendly and professional service and I'd highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

Rob took the time to explain every test and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Thank you.

Excellent service and advice

My dispenser Tamsin Masterson greeted me for my yearly check in a friendly professional way that immediately relaxed me. Tamsin is very patient and informative explaining exactly what she needed from me to test my ears and aids. I came away feeling very satisfied with the service I had received. My aids have been tweaked following tests and all is well.

The whole experience of the excellent service and quality information and help from the qualified advisor was to be commended

I was very impressed with the professional attention I had from Ali who made me feel valued and that he cared. The venue is welcoming as was the Receptionist. I shall no longer go to Amphilon as no longer feel valued as I used to.
I will probably buy the top of the range hearing aids but not for a few more months. Once again may I say how impressed I am.

On arrival I received very nice welcoming vibes - Olivia was the first person I met upon arrival. I was 15mins early, Olivia spoke to me in a friendly and professional way, she offered me a drink and we chatted as if we knew each other. We had a good laugh, and I wish I'd come 30mins earlier.
Mubashir (Audiologist) came to get me for my appointment, he was friendly and Professional , he showed me a diagram of the ear and explained step by step what test he will perform. He listen to any questions I had and answered me, I did not feel rushed at any time.
I had an amazing experience with Hidden Hearing.

I feel I'm being monitored correctly

I had a hearing appointment with Mubashir in St Albans. He introduced himself and fully explained the process. He went on throughout the examination to explain what he was looking for and reasoning behind it. He then explained results and gave advice on care of ears and general hearing. Very impressed

Dr Mubashir was very polite and professional and did a thorough examination on my hearing. I felt very relaxed throughout the duration of my stay. It was good to know I was in safe hands. Excellent service.

I saw Wendy Green in St Albans to clear my right ear of some stubborn wax. She persevered over two sessions (no surcharge for the second session) and my hearing has been restored. A very professional service delivered by a very nice lady. Highly recommended.

I had wax removal prior to a hearing test next week. My ear care practitioner was Roopa Samani she was extremely professional and efficient, any person who has to be treated by her will have no problems.

My grandmother had a wax removal appointment with Roopa, and she was amazing! My grandmother was very nervous as usually she struggles with these appointments but was put right at ease. Roopa was very gentle with her and she left feeling very satisfied.
