Very friendly staff and removed wax gently and effectively

I have paid for my mother's hearing aids £5,799 but have had no receipt through the post etc.
mum is thrilled with her new hearing aids and the tester phoned me and involved me in the decision making.

Absolutely amazing service. Free hearing test and advice to go to see an ENT consultant. The most amazing thing, was that I was only there to accompany my wife on her appointment. Wonderfully professional audiologist who took me through the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough

Roopa on my return visit remembered quite a lot about me and took an interest. The process was painless and a real relief to get my hearing back in my left ear due to impacted wax. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

Visited for ear wax removal. Olivia at reception was efficient and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Roopa was reassuring and calming and did a great job, I am returning for a follow up, free of charge, hearing test just to be sure my hearing isn’t any worse. Highly recommended.

Roopa Samani from Hidden Hearing attended my elderly and frail mother in her own home to use the microsuction technique to clear her badly blocked ears. Mum was nervous but Roopa was gentle, patient and super efficient. The improvement has been remarkable and will definitely improve Mum's quality of life. Thank you Roopa and Hidden Hearing!

Anyone making an appointment will have done research and know the approximate cost, so will not be shocked. The audiologist I saw did not try to sell me anything as I had been recommended by a friend who was extremely satisfied.
I, too, was most impressed by the examination and the options available. They seem simply keen to supply what you need and be willing to adjust to suit your experience. But you must be prepared to persevere and they really do settle down. And I have occasionally got to bed with mine in as I became so used to wearing them. I have not reviewed previously as I wanted to have them for 6 months to be able to provide a review with perspective. I have a review appointment at the shop in March and will have a further test to see if any adjustment is necessary.
Clearly I an a satisfied customer and have confidence that this will continue.

I have just had my ears suctioned. The practitioner Roopa was both efficient and friendly. (In case I have her name wrong she wears a very pretty watch!) I recommend Hidden Hearing. Thank you.

Used Hidden Hearing, 10, Market Place, St Albans for ear wax removal by micro suction done Dec 22 by Roopa Samani. Excellent work. I used Spire Harpenden Hospital ENT consultants costing £300 each time. Hidden Hearing charged £70 incl. hearing test and Roopa did an EXCELLENT job with highly automated computer graphic system and removed wax quickly with professional perfection. I have booked their Audiologist service also. Best service all round. Easy booking process . A.Baner
