Very fantastic

Fixed the TV through Domestic and General insurance. They gave me an ETA, I was phoned and emailed in the morning, communication was really good. The repair man was polite and quick. It was an excellent exoerience.

THEY CAME AND DID A GOOD JOB ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

He was very polite and efficient. And tidy.

Punctuality, they even arrived at the agreed time. Another thing I liked was how professional, quick, friendly, and respectful they were. And my television is working well. They did an excellent job. Congratulations to the technicians.

The engineer was on time.He was very professional and left me satisfied that all was fine with my LG TV

Repair booked for 1st April got email at 5pm on 31 at March cancelling the service visit the next day. Rearranged for 7th April engineer turned up couldn't fix TV was told it would be picked up to go to service centre had phone call later that day saying they had further parts in stock and service call booked for 13th April .... I called equinox to confirm that engineer was calling today only to be told that the area is very busy and engineer was not calling now till Wednesday the 15th..No phone call no email nothing to inform us engineer not coming 😡Very bad customer service not impressed first and last TCL product not to mention the TV was working but shutting down intermittently before the engineer came out when new parts were fitted the TV was in worst condition than before repair now no picture or sound.. have made a complaint to tcl

The engineer stuck to his ETA. Was very nice, polite and full of knowledge about what he was doing. Fixed my 75 inch TV in no time at all. Brilliant, well pleased. I didn't get his name, my reference was 1248571

Excellent communication and service, very happy

This company performed a warranty repair on my Hisense Ultra Short Throw projector after it developed several pink smudges across the picture. The company picked up the projector and repaired it within a few days before returning it when promised. The repair thankfully was a lot quicker than originally quoted, only taking a few days. Communication by email updates was excellent. Fault completely gone and back to having a brilliant picture once again. Very happy with the service provided by this company and would highly recommend them. Thank you for repairing my expensive investment!

Amazing insurance service, my tv was broken accidentally by my child and Domestic & General sorted it in a timely manner tv is basically brand new again also the engineer was great very professional and did the job in a timely manner extremely happy

Equinox is a service provider for domestic and general i can't fault them at all in house service they are all ways good and polite the engineers are very good and I have met almost 50 of them as my son asd and smash my tv most of time equinox fixed it or they write it of they are one excellent company

The TV Engineer remained professional and considerate of my property while fixing my TV. After a slight delay, they arrived within the new allocated time. I didn't mind the delay as I was well informed via text and email that this would happen.
