I lost my charging case for my Samsung earbuds and found these guys offered replacement. After an initial delay i received my case and could not be happier. Email communication was fast when i had any queries. Reading other reviews it seems a few people had issue with emails and delays with refunds but looks like they resolved all issues so people shouting Scam maybe should use another word. I saved money not having to buy a completely new set of earbuds so for me it is a job well done. Just my 2 cents as they dont seem to be asking for reviews so thought i'd share my positive experience.

I bought a replacement charging case for my wireless headphones from this company, and the experience was awful. Despite a promised delivery of 2-3 days, it took over a month to arrive. I had to chase them for an update two weeks after my purchase, only to learn there were stock issues, which were never communicated upfront.

As I was moving, I requested an address change, which they said they had done. However, the delivery email still showed the old address. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure it was sent to the right place. Although it was frustrating to have to hassle them, once I did get in contact, they were responsive and assured me they were addressing the issues.

When the case finally arrived, it was very disappointing. They would die within an hour after charging my earbuds for over 5 hours. For £60, I expected much better performance. The quality was unacceptable, and the entire process was frustrating. I will never buy from this company again. Save your money and avoid the hassle.

Bought a replacement part advertised as stocked with expedited shipping. 2 days later no tracking or contact from the shop. When I contacted them, i was fobbed off with "we have stock issues awaiting delivery" and "someone should have been in contact", they did however process a full refund, I will adjust my rating if the funds are received. Update: refund received - still wouldn't advise anyone use this company.

Backing up first reviewer- scam website. Email bounced. No contact, no product.

SCAM!! Ordered yesterday, no confirmation email so I sent an email to them and the email bounced.
