I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased something from Audrey & Amy Ottawa, and ending up on the long list of disgruntled and wripped-off customers.
I, too, wish I could have given them zero stars.
I, like many others, received a completely wrong product and after months of emailing back and forth with 'customer service' (which sounds more like a bot), they have now ghosted me - my emails are now 'undeliverable'. Shame on the owners, 'customer service' reps, and all others involved!

I placed an order for $69.95, but the product I received was completely different from what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they initially offered me a 30% refund, then increased it to 40%, instead of providing a full refund for a misleading product.

When I requested a 50% refund as a compromise, they stopped responding altogether.

The entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, customer service is only interested in offering partial refunds to avoid taking responsibility, and once you refuse their offer, communication simply ends.

I have now been forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Please be very careful before purchasing from this website. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I ordered thinking it was legit, it was garbage quality, and find out through the "return" process when having to ship to China for a canadian company... The best part is when I found another of their websites and you can tell instantly it's all made quickly with AI. Scam artists, will be issuing a chargeback on my credit card.

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. The dress was nothing like the picture on line. It was very disappointing, wrong colour , the shape of the dress was different, the material was also different, the size was way too big , stay away from this website, you will only be disappointed.

I ordered two outfits same style, same size, different colors. Upon arrival they were definitely different in size and fit! The one medium fits like a like a small, the other fit like a large. The print fabric was a cheap polyester not the silk pants pictured in the ad. The construction of the pants was cheap and poorly constructed.
I have contacted the company but have not had a reply as to how to return the product and how to receive a refund. This is what gives companies a bad name! You think you are buying from a Canadian Company and yet again you are dupped into Chinese $2.00 merchandise at Boutique prices! This company should be shut down!

They say they have money back guarantee on their website they do not they have false advertising.
When I ask for a refund, they’re telling me they wanna give me 15% back only they first said that I could exchange it but then they took that back and they said no you can’t exchange it or buy something else.

I’ve lost $200. What a waste.

I wish I could give a zero grade. The dress I received looks absolutely nothing like the online picture I ordered from. Stretchy cheap fabric instead of cotton and no raised embroidery, only a tacky print. I asked 4 times for a return label/ instructions and I’m still waiting. This is Chinese thievery and deception. This place should be shut down, they are criminals!!!

The quality of the dress I purchased was worse than a child’s Halloween costume and the colour wasn’t close to what the pictures portrayed. When you try to return the product, you are required to ship to China which costs more than your purchase. They purposely do this so that they never have to give anyone a refund.
This is a completely fraudulent business that doesn’t even operate in Canada.
Let my lack of thorough research and poor experience save you some grief and money.

Very misleading. I ordered jeans from this site as it was advertised as a Canadian company based in Ottawa When the jeans finally came they were very low quality and had way more rips than was advertised. The items are actually from china and the only way to get a refund is for you to pay a huge shipping cost to return the item to china. What a complete scam - I’m so disappointed and this definitely is a lesson in how easy online shopping sites can lie and offer low quality items Stay away from this company at all costs

The quality of the clothes were not as advertised. Wrong material and color. Did not look like the picture as advertised. Poorly made. Terrible customer service

STAY AWAY!!! VERY MISLEADING AND VERY POOR QUALITY ! Plus they make you pay for your return or offer you some bullshit compensation! We tried giving them a chance by reordering but they failed yet again, BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! DONT TRUST WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE.

Really bad. What I received had nothing to do with what it was shown in their web site. I'm asking for refund once I return the items. We'll see.

Dress I ordered does not look anything like the one on their website. Extremely disappointed.

Not realistically even deserving of one star.
Two dresses received are horrible. The print on the material resembles the original ad but there the resemblance ends. The only label found (on one) says it’s made of polyester and spandex. Ugly. I will not even be able to donate these items. Everyone has standards that these do not meet.

BEWARE! Do not buy from this company. It's a scam. I ordered what looked like a beautiful, well-made dress. What I received was a cheap dress that looked more like a flammable clown costume than anything resembling the photo. I tried to return it immediately only to be told that I had to ship it back to Asia for the refund. They are not a Canadian company. The photos are fake.

DON’T DO IT. One star is being generous. I feel totally scammed. I ordered what looked like a linen dress with stitching at the waist. What I received was a cheap polyester dress with an elasticized waist. I tried to return it immediately only to find that this website is a conduit for an Asian company and that I need to ship it back to Asia if I want a refund. I thought I was dealing with a reputable Canadian company. Instead I found that they are scamming us with lovely pictures and sending us inferior products. It is the old bait and switch.

Be Aware!!!
Do not buy anything from this company. I’m extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the products and the terrible customer service. They do not respond properly to customers, and I still have not received my refund. Very frustrating experience.

I purchased a dress and it was absolutely awful. Cheap and almost see through. When I tried to return it was told I would have to ship it back to china. If I used tracking it would cost the same as the dress. Didn’t but spent $30 through Canada post. In my conversation with this company they offered to give me 10 percent and then 20 percent back if I didn’t opt for a return. Still have no refund. Have never experienced this corrupt of business on line ever with no support
