Junior was great throughout and answered questions no matter what time of the day, The car turned up looking better then what I thought it would. It took longer then expected but i think it was worth the wait

The experience was not pleasant at all, bought the car in feb,but didn’t get the car until end of april. Which I think is really bad,and unprofessional.I struggle to get by as my dad had stroke during the process, back in my home. I decided to cancel not long but junior promised to speak to the company director and they agree to refund 3month of my finance back. Which I appreciate. They said the don’t want me too loose the deposit. Up u til now I have receive payment of the 3pm to. They fob me off. And very discriminatory as am a woman who want.they car has been delivered but the problem in the car has not been fixed.. junior has been a not ben a good accounting sale manager to me.. he did not pick up my call, neither does he reply my message . Am really disappointed. I had already paid 2 month of finance before bringing the vehicle… pls I will implore people to go and see the car before buying .. I trusted junior.. but it was all to no avail…

Junior has been a great help! I can only praise Junior for taking time and having patience in finding us a car that ticks all our boxes. Auto AXS was able to find a car exactly to the specification I wanted within minutes. The service provides customisation options which most auto dealers do not provide as part of the price (within reason as far as I'm aware), and the quality of the customisation itself was of the highest quality. While I experienced a few hiccups along the way, these were out of control for the company itself and was due to supply issues. Overall I now have my dream car and couldn't be happier. Even when addressing a few teething issues with the car, in my case a speaker which had a strange vibration when playing music with heavy bass, Junior was highly attentive in making sure that the issue would be fixed ASAP. I would recommend Auto AXS for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, especially if you would like the car to be visually customised into what would be your dream car.

Brought my new car from junior back in late December. Found him very knowledgeable and was not pushy for the sale in anyway. He managed to transport the car before Christmas as promised to me , and it was in tip top condition as described wouldn’t hesitate about buying another vehicle from this company. 5 stars all the way .

I received an Excellent service from Junior, once I told him what I wanted along with my budget he got straight to work and within days he had found me the perfect car.
I got a few upgrades in terms of body kits so this had to be fitted, I received photos once each step has been made! Waiting for my car felt like a life time but junior was always patient and didn't get frustrated with the constant bombarding and questions.

Junior was brilliant, giving me several options for cars and following up with me. Junior made everything easy and kept me informed and answered my questions. The car was absolutely immaculate and everything I hoped for. Junior also followed up with me to make sure I got home okay as I drove the car a long journey home which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!
