I ordered tires, when they came they were stamped 10 years ago.

Ordered a rim with 2 day delivery, didnât receive it after a week so asked for an update and they stated it would be delivered on that Friday and did not provide a tracking number. No communication from them I had to reach out and ask for an update just for them to tell me it was never shipped, and wasn't in stock. Terrible customer service, and false advertising.

I tried to call numerous times to cancel my order which went unanswered no matter what time of day you call. I did a chat with someone & he communicated he cancelled the order for me 1 week ago. Order was delivered yesterday & I am trying to return it. Cannot speak with anyone, sent email /no response.

I contacted Autoplicity on 12.20.2025 for a warranty refund. Haven't heard back since then. I've contacted them (via email) several times since then. Silence. I'm very unhappy with them.
Dishonest seller
Dishonest seller, purchased a faucet on Amazon, the color didn't work, so I returned it, unused, and in original package. I paid $627.93, they refunded just $386.83. No notes, no feedback. Do not recommend.

Don't buy the Scepter 14 gallon diesel fuel caddy, especially from Autoplicity
The Scepter 14 gallon diesel fuel caddy has an electric pump and hose. The day after receiving it I filled it with fuel and tried to use the pump. The pump made an operating noise but didn't move any fuel. Contacted Autoplicity's customer service through e-mail asking to return it as I could see it was a subpar design etc. They responded and asked for details about the fuel caddy. I sent more info and that's when they disappeared from responding. Never heard from them, called, they found my emails, said they didn't come through. Told me they would have an answer regarding return in 24 hours. Never heard again. Called again, said they're awaiting a return authorization from their warehouse. I did this circle with them multiple times with the same answer from them. They're not going to take it back or refund me. I even tried Scepter, the manufacture to warranty the pump motor. They didn't return my message either.
Really bad overall, I would suggest staying clear of them and any Scepter product.

Even though autoplicity sells same 1 tire on Amazon for $134, so they lied about price of 1 tire. Want me to return 1 tire for refund, I suggested they just send me balance they overcharged for price of 1 tire, no they want me to send 1 tire back, I do not trust them to send me any refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS
The worst company
The worst company to deal with when they send you the wrong product. It was like I was reporting to The FBI or CIA on how much information & pictures I needed to send with no resolve. They have you send pictures of the box & the inside of the box & every angle of the part. If they even respond to that in the same month, they say return it & we might accept it.

AVOID THIS SELLER! Google their reviews both on and off Amazon! First, delivery took WAY longer than quoted and had to come on a semi truck, which was not in desc. (trolling motor). Main issue was that Amazon confirmed Autoplicity CHANGED THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AFTER MY PURCHASE that the motor was "freshwater" use only. I wouldn't have spent $3k on the motor if that had been in original desc. Customer service seems like non-English speakers using AI to reply to concerns (unhelpful).

I purchsed a Bosch 12v AGM battery from Autoplicity through Amazon for free delivery. Date shipped was May 19,2025. I installed in my Chevy Silverado then. Come November 2025 the CCA dropped to half of the 700 rating. Autoplicity was contacted and they instructed me to return it to Arizona at my expense which was $160 plus a $20 UPS pickup charge. Two days later UPS threatned to destroy the battery unless I picked it up. I had to wait for a "qualified" hazordus control peron at UPS to retrieve it as only such employees trained can touch a carton packed battery.UPS said I could not ship the battery, only certified trained by UPS commercial accounts can ship. So, I contacted Amazon and they have a policy that the Autoplicity was responsible for retrun shipping. So now Autoplicity.com complies with Amazon requirements and lets me know they are sending a shipping label. They knew all along it was their responsibility but conned me into beleiving I had to pay. CSR's even stopped responding to my emails until I contacted Amazon. Then they sent me a FedEx prepaid label and it now has arrived at their Glendale, Arizona facility. My refund was given for the full amount today 01/13/2025.
Scam
Ordered from Boatplicity, they sent me wrong brand part that did not fit. Removed part from package and was going to use, except it was to big. Also I paid for 2 day shipping and only received FedEx ground. Complained and still waiting for refund.(Been a week) Sent pics of wrong size( u bolt tie kit) on the axle and package that was clearly labeled to fit my axle size. Can't find this in Boatplicity return policy.It seams like they added it for me since I sent pics of u bolts being almost a 1/4" wider than the axle on my trailer.. And I removed from impossible plastic pkg to open without damage and checked for fit since pkg was labeled for axle I have.So I will not send back, since I know they will refuse and I will have to pay shipping again which cost more than the item originally. Bait and switch company. Live and Learn. Never again!

i bought an item from them which....seemingly must have had a small amount of damage before i got it (there was none that i noticed) however upon using it (it was a boat oar), within 20 minutes it snapped nearly in half mid-row. it was around $64...and after "Return shipping" and "restocking fee's" for this damaged item...i got $0.70 returned to me. do not buy from them!

I have given up trying to resolve this so I got screwed out of $406!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolutely unacceptable experience with Autoplicity. Our company needed an awning arm that was on backorder from the manufacturer. We found one through Autoplicity and decided to give it a try. That decision turned out to be a huge mistake.
Not only did we pay an exorbitant price for the part, but when we opened the box at a customerâs location, it was usedâeven though we purchased a brand-new item. This is a completely unacceptable business practice. Clearly, there was no quality control on your end to ensure that a new part was being sent. The packaging was from the manufacturer, so we had no reason to question it.
Since then, we have been dealing with incompetent customer service for days. All we want is the new awning arm we paid for. Instead, we are forced to manage the old part while waiting. This morning (12/15 at 6 a.m.), we received a message that an RGA was issued for same-day pickup without a single phone call. We are a small businessâwe cannot simply wait around for a shipping company to pick up a package.
Autoplicity, this is ridiculous. The proper procedure would have been to ship the correct new arm to us immediately and have us return the incorrect part with a simple label, not force us to jump through hoops while our work is delayed. We are still waiting for the part we paid for, and this back-and-forth nonsense has gone on far too long.
Please do better.
