I ordered a set of headlights that supposedly we're in stock I called that Tuesday to check the status of the shipping because I needed the Headlights by the weekend to finish this truck they said they would check into it and call me back nobody called me back this happened on two other occasions I finally called the third time on Friday and the individual said he would talk to his manager and find out what's going on and get back to me by the end of the day once again nobody called me back they were claiming that anzo was not responding back to them so I called anzo myself and got a hold of them on the first try and they had told me the lights were in stock and if the company ordered them they would have shipped that day or no later than the next day. I wish I would had checked their online reviews before ordering from here it was my first and last experience with this company and still no headlights

The item I bought showed in stock and I selected shipping so that it would arrive by Oct. 20th. Item did not arrive so I called and talked to customer service on Oct. 21st. They were helpful, but indicated the item was not in their ware house and would ship out as soon as it was. She did not know when this would be, and could be still oversees. I canceled the order and my credit card was refunded on Oct. 23rd. On Oct. 25th the item arrived at my house, the driver seemed to already know that I was going to refuse the shipment. Seems like this is common with this company.

Edward Lichstein and Sean McWherter, the owners of this company are 100% con men. They have developed a series of shell websites, claiming to sell automotive parts 50% less than their competitors, illegally manipulating the online market. In good faith, you purchase their product, they take your money, a week later they say they donât have the inventory, and they keep your money. Stay away from this Racketeering scheme. Iâm currently dealing with several government agencies to get them off line.
Totally misleading product advertisingâŠ
Totally misleading product advertising on Amazon, and i should have taken the reviews seriously . I ordered a aluminum,1200lb.gooseneck RV trypod stableizer as advertised and received a 500 lb. Steel product instead and the box was re-taped and damaged .....unfortunately I feel that when I send it back they'll just try and send it to another customer.

I ordered three tires and three tubes from them and paid for 2-day shipping, it was Sunday when I ordered the items. So I figured worst case scenario I would probably get them Wednesday. The only reason I paid for 2-day shipping was because I needed them for an event the following weekend. I didn't receive the items until Saturday. Luckily, I was still able to use the gear I had purchased for my event but one of the tires was lopsided and created and uncomfortable ride for me. I reached out to the company and initially they were responsive and said that they would open a claim. I never heard back from them so I tried contacting them a couple times before contacting PayPal. Immediately after I filed the PayPal claim they contacted me again and acted all nice like they wanted to help me. But they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee and I would have to pay return shipping for the item. I said that's ridiculous so then they said oh sorry for the mistake and offered to pay return shipping but I still would have to pay 30% restocking fee for a damaged tire. That's not even to mention having to repurchase the tire and pay additional shipping charges! I mentioned this last part to them through email and they never even acknowledged my concern. Anyway, I won the case through PayPal, at least somebody's looking out for me because this company sure won't look out for you!

Very late and expensive shipping
I ordered an alternator pulley from Autoplicity. I did not even get to review the shipping charges before they charged my credit card. It was $17.47 to ship a small pulley via FedEx. It should have been sent via United States Postal Service for apx $5.00! The item kept getting delayed but finally arrived 2 weeks later. At least I got it. I most likely will not be using them again.

After yrs of looking at exhaust for a lexus 98 sc300 I finally pulled the trigger, come to find out the compatibility chart is #####. When I finally got to a shop to install was sent a 16 + subaru exhaust. Would not accept responsibility and refused to return item. in touch again w bbb but said its better to go thru attorney general or get legal involved. worst experience ever. shipped back to them on my own dime and claim they shut that office down and wont retrieve package.

I selected an oil stop leak, and started the checkout process with my6 PayPal account. When I returned to the Autoplicity checkout a charge of around 11.50 was added to a 17.00 item. I felt this was excessive and decided to not finalize checkout. I could not delete the item or cancel the order, that now was more than my local auto parts supplier, or Amazon Prime. I did not continue the checkout process, as when I went to paypal all the "shipping" cost were not disclosed. An opportunity to "chat" with a product specialist was offered, but that required my name and E-mail. I would imagine a product specialist is not a bookkeeper, so after 5 minutes of tryin to rescind the transaction in a normal manner -- Delete item, quantity to "0", I went to the Pay Pal site and found out if I completed the checkout I would be at the mercy of Aut0plicity. I had a computer glitch on their site and I was lost. Blank Page. I gave up and bailed out. I am very sour with Autoplicity after this experience, and I will make sure my Amazon activities never cross their storefront. I will be checking my PayPal account all week to make sure they don't try something duplicitous with me.

I ordered an EBC brake pad and rotor kit for both the front and rear axel of my car, that never arrived. After about two weeks, I started inquiring to the arrival of the parts, they stated they would need to check with the warehouse, another week and a half went by and no word back from their customer service. At this point I've had to dispute the charge. They are completely unresponsive and the parts have never arrived.
Terrible experience
I have to agree with everyone else. Terrible customer service, terrible fulfillment. Thank goodness I bought through Amazon, because they refund me very easily. The product was mislabeled, and got lost in FedEx somehow. They have exceptions stating the label was unreadable, and even after noticing it very early, a week later, I still have no product. I've got the refund, but I really needed that part. Save yourselves some disappointments and RUN away from this company.

There website is misleading and is false advertising. I ordered 6 pair of saftey glasses 10X so I should have received 60 pair. I only received 10 when my order arrived. When I called customer service he would not send me my missing 50 pair and stated that I was only to receive 1 pair for that price even though the website clearly says and has a picture of 6 pair for $12.80. He acknowledged that the website is misleading and needs to be fixed but refused to honor my purchase. I told him I will be returning the items and I will never do business with Autoplicity again and I would not recommend anyone else to either. Poor customer service.

The company advertised a box of ten on their website, but only individual units (not the advertised 10 pack). When I addressed this with customer service they couldn't resolve the issue so I had to dispute it with PayPal. Even after bringing this to their attention several times, the company has not updated their listing. Stay away, they are a dishonest company.

Stay away from this company. Website showed stock level of 2, ordered the item and stock level was reduced to 1. Next day order was cancelled with no reason provided. I suspected they didnât like the fact that I used a coupon to reduce the price by 25%. Called customer service and was told web site was wrong and item is out of stock. Asked when it would be back in stock and customer service said they didnât have that info and I should go to chat site and they could give me an answer. Chat person said they had 2 in stock and couldnât provide any other information. BTW this company also sells on ebay and their listing shows they have it in stock. Bottom line I would rate this company as a ZERO out of 5 stars if this system didn't limit me to giving it a 1 star.

The projections of delivery dates are just wrong. They are not updated until they are late. The new dates are typically days or weeks later.
Tracking information is effectively useless and not coordinated with their own information (due by 8:00pm, not yet shipped).

Expensive shift cable kit for a boat duplicated some parts while missing others. Have to ship back and be received by company to get refund...expected refund 30 days out. Least customer friendly Amazon refund process ever.
Update: the picture of the lower unit shift cable kit included the bellows and rings, however, Autoplicity attributed this to a "LISTING ERROR" so they sent me a $10 discount if I paid more and bought the parts pictured in the kit that I already bought and paid for that were not included, or I could return the kit if I paid return shipping....Talk about "How to lose a customer forever", well, they did it. Life is too short to deal with companies that do not value their customers.
