Extremely rude personell in Bari…
Extremely rude personell in Bari airport that couldn’t explain anything and was very stressed.
We didn’t get the car we ordered, Audi A3 since they don’t have it at all!
The car also had massive damage on the coating that we were responsible for documenting.
In Italy EasyPark is used almost everywhere to be able to park. But we couldn’t use this because there were unpaid bills on the car from a previous customer. When calling Autovia to get help, they just hung up…
Extremly bad customer support!!!
We will never use Autovia again!
We recommend you to use Sixt or Avis every day of the week!!!!

we are sorry about the service you received in Bari. Our staff should always provide clear explanations and remain courteous, even during busy periods.
When a booking states a specific model “or similar,” the vehicle may vary depending on availability, but it should match the booked category. Existing damage should also be recorded accurately before collection, without leaving the customer entirely responsible for documenting it.
What you reported regarding EasyPark and the interrupted phone call also shows a lack of assistance that should not have occurred. Your feedback will help us review the management of our Bari location.

Terrible experience with double standards
As a mother, this was one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had.
We rented a car from this company for our family vacation in Bari and prepaid €195. When we arrived at the airport to collect the car, we were told that my husband's Albanian driver's license was not enough and that he also needed an International Driving Permit.
The most frustrating part is that we rented from the same company last year using the exact same license, and no one asked for an International Driving Permit. If this had been clearly communicated during the booking process, we would have obtained one before traveling.
Instead, we spent more than five hours at the airport trying to find a solution. Traveling with a tired and hungry 2-year-old, watching him become increasingly upset while we were left without any real assistance, was heartbreaking. Rather than helping us, they simply refused to give us the car and told us to request a refund by email.
We did exactly that, only to be told that our €195 would not be refunded because the requirement was supposedly included somewhere in their terms and conditions. They kept our money despite providing no service at all.
This completely ruined the first day of our family vacation and caused unnecessary stress for all of us, especially our little one.
If you are traveling with children, the last thing you need is to be stranded at the airport for hours because of a requirement that was never made clear. Be extremely careful when booking with this company, especially if you have a non-EU driver's license. Double-check every document they may require, even if you've rented from them before under the same conditions.

we are sorry for the distress you experienced, especially while travelling with a young child.
The requirement does not depend on nationality, but on the country that issued the driving licence. For licences issued outside the EU/EFTA, an International Driving Permit or an official translation must also be presented. This information is stated in the collection requirements and in the voucher.
The fact that the same licence was accepted the previous year does not change the documents currently required. Without the necessary documents, the branch cannot release the vehicle, and failure to collect the car does not qualify for a refund.
We are nevertheless sorry that the long wait and the assistance provided made the situation even more difficult.

we are sorry for the delay and for the difficulty you have had contacting us.
The security deposit is normally a pre-authorisation. Once released by Autovia, the time required for the funds to become available again also depends on the bank. However, after three weeks, the status should be checked.
Please write to customercare@autovia.it, including your booking number and rental location. The deposit is not held in case the vehicle is damaged later by someone else: any charge must relate to your rental period and be properly documented.

Car was clean, staff very kind, fast pick up and return procedure, easy to find, just 300 m straigt forward once you exit the airport buulding .. good value for money. Sign for full coverage insurance at the counter. No worries at all.

The whole process was very quick
The whole process was very quick! Just what I needed.
The car was in a good condition and worked well.
After I left back the car the warranty was released almost instantly.

Location de voiture à l'aéroport de Bari :
Dans l'ensemble tout s’est bien passé, pas de mauvaise surprise, il faut dire que j'avais souscris leur assurance plus cher c'est vrai mais plus de tranquillité d'esprit pour de vrais vacances, pas de tour de la voiture, l’assurance comprend tout extérieur, intérieur vitres etc. .. Attention la carte de crédit est obligatoire des clients avant moi ce sont vus refuser leur location car carte de débit, pour ma part n’en n’ayant pas j’ai souscrit la formule BLUE d’AMERICAN EXPRESS la moins chère et je ne regrette pas, toujours pratique en voyage.
En résumé bonne expérience seul hic j’avais commandé une fiat 500 pour l’aspect dolce Vita et je me suis retrouvé avec un gros MG, certes j’ai été upgradé gratuitement mais ce n’est pas ce que je voulais.

Prenotato una vettura T-Roc o simile…
Prenotato una vettura T-Roc o simile partenza aeroporto di Bari per il 28 giugno. Siamo arrivati presto, alle 7 di mattina e poco dopo due simpatiche ragazze, dipendenti di Autovia, hanno aperto lo sportello (era l'unico sportello di noleggio auto aperto a quell'ora all'aeroporto di Bari). In poco tempo sbrighiamo le pratiche in quanto l'incaricata ci dice che possiamo prendere la vettura e andare senza tanti controllo in quanto avevamo stipulato tutte assicurazioni possibili. la macchina chiaramente non era un T Roc ma una MG. Al gabbiotto della consegna il ragazzo di Autovia ci dice invece di controllare tutto e di scattare foto per testimoniare eventuali problemi. Che sono questi: tappetini interni mancanti che hanno causato due grossi e profondi buchi sulla moquette zona pedali, graffi estesi sulle portiere, bottarelle leggere tipo grandine sul cofano, traccie di pedate fangose sui sedili. Pieno di benzina non pieno con una tacca in meno. La cosa più deludente è stato il chilometraggio della macchina: 92000 (novantaduemila) Km. La vettura aveva un motore con pochissimi cavalli credo, perché faceva a fatica anche in salite min ime o per immettersi nelle statali due corsie. Alla fine ho riconsegnato la vettura a Bari con molta difficoltà per entrare nello spazio dedicato Autovia in quanto non indicato con segnaletica visibile. Ho fatto presente al ragazzo che io avevo fatto il pieno fino all'ultima tacca, mi ha chiesto di vedere la foto del giorno di ritiro del livello di benzina, risposta "ah va bene ha ragione". Finisce così l'esperienza Autovia.

grazie per aver apprezzato la disponibilità e la rapidità del personale presente al banco di Bari fin dalle prime ore del mattino.
Ci dispiace, però, per le condizioni del veicolo consegnato. Graffi, interni sporchi, tappetini mancanti e differenze nel livello del carburante devono essere riportati con chiarezza al momento del ritiro. Le indicazioni ricevute dal personale avrebbero inoltre dovuto essere coerenti, anche in presenza di coperture complete.
Il chilometraggio non determina da solo l’affidabilità di un’auto, ma ogni vettura deve essere pulita, efficiente e adeguata alla categoria prenotata. Ci dispiace che le prestazioni della MG non siano state all’altezza delle sue aspettative.
Terremo conto anche della segnalazione sulla scarsa visibilità dell’area di riconsegna e sul livello iniziale del carburante.

Pessima azienda di autonoleggio mi hanno addebitato 130€ di carburante dopo aver avuto il furto dell’auto a noleggio in provincia di Bari con relativa assicurazione per furto .Ho mandato comunicazione di reclamo tramite la federconsumatori anche perché non mi hanno ancora restituito la cauzione dopo 20 giorni . E per finire quando sono ritornato per avere un altra auto a noleggio mi è stato risposto dalla filiale di Bari in aeroporto che non avevano più auto a disposizione e dovevano arrangiarmi .Pessima azienda di noleggio auto e poca serietà da parte del personale

ci dispiace per quanto accaduto. In caso di furto, la copertura limita la responsabilità sul valore del veicolo, ma non comprende il carburante mancante, che può essere addebitato separatamente.
Per la cauzione, dopo 20 giorni è corretto effettuare una verifica puntuale. La invitiamo a inviare il contratto e la documentazione dell’addebito a customercare@autovia.it.
Ci dispiace anche che non fosse disponibile un’auto sostitutiva e, soprattutto, per il modo in cui riferisce di essere stato assistito. Anche in caso di indisponibilità dei veicoli, il cliente deve ricevere spiegazioni chiare e cortesi.
