Ich war ca 1 Stunde zu spät bei der Rückgabe, dafür hatte ich den Wagen, der bei Übergabe nur zu 2/3 mit Diesel gefüllt war, ab Abgabe fast voll zurückgegeben. Dies hatte ich auch mehrmals den Kollegen von Autovia erklärt sowie auch dokumentarisch nachgewiesen. Leider waren die Herren in keinster Weise kooperativ. Jetzt darf ich knapp 52 Euro mehr bezahlen. Das wird bei der nächsten Anmietung in Erinnerung bleiben und voraussichtlich bei einem Marktbegleter meinen nächsten Mietwagen buchen

es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit der Fahrzeugrückgabe unzufrieden waren. Wir verstehen Ihren Hinweis zum Kraftstoffstand, insbesondere da Sie angeben, das Fahrzeug mit einem höheren Tankstand zurückgegeben zu haben als bei der Übernahme.
Die Gebühr für eine verspätete Rückgabe und die Regelung zum Kraftstoff sind zwei getrennte Aspekte des Mietvertrags. Aufgrund der von Ihnen geschilderten Situation und der Unterlagen, die Sie unseren Mitarbeitern nach eigenen Angaben gezeigt haben, möchten wir Ihren Fall jedoch genauer prüfen.
Bitte schreiben Sie uns daher unter customercare@autovia.it und geben Sie Ihre Buchungsdaten an, damit wir die notwendigen Überprüfungen durchführen können.

Personnel accueillant, livraison rapide du véhicule. Seul point négatif : l'accès n'est pas hyper simple à trouver à la sortie de l'aéroport. Le véhicule était d'une propreté irréprochable et correspondant à la gamme choisie.

Impresentables la atención recibida en el aeropuerto. Ante un problema no hacen nada por ayudar. Nos robaron la tarjeta de crédito de mi marido, no nos dejaban usar mi tarjeta de crédito, no cambiar el conductor principal por mi. Solo nos daban el coche reservado pagando más dinero.

Estimado Cliente,
lamentamos la situación que tuvieron que afrontar tras el robo de la tarjeta de crédito.
Para recoger el vehículo, la tarjeta utilizada como garantía debe ser física y estar a nombre del cliente indicado en el alquiler. Por este motivo, una tarjeta a nombre de otra persona normalmente no puede utilizarse en sustitución de la del conductor principal.
En casos como este puede proponerse, como solución alternativa y opcional, una cobertura completa que permite continuar con el alquiler incluso sin la tarjeta de crédito normalmente requerida como garantía. Se trata de una opción ofrecida al cliente, no de una obligación.
Entendemos que, en una situación ya complicada como el robo de la tarjeta, esta solución pudiera haberse percibido negativamente, pero se ofrece precisamente para intentar hacer posible la entrega del vehículo.

Leide hatten wir Flugverspätung die Dame wollte unseren Freunden das Fahrzeug nicht aushändigen wir mussten mit dem Taxi ins Hotel und dann wieder retour zum Flughafen wo uns dann eine andere Kollegien ein sehr gutes Angebot machte das wir auch in Anspruch nahmen. Besser wäre es gewesen Sie hätte es am Vorabend gemacht dann hätten unsere Freunde ein Auto gehabt und hätten uns vom Flughafen abholen können, so mussten wir 3x Taxi zahlen. Außer dieser Unannehmlichkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden.
NEU
Ich habe nun schon 2x per Email um die Zusendung der Rechnung der Miete gebeten aber leider bis Dato nicht erhalten vielleicht gehts ja über diesen Weg.

The staff at the terminal desk were professional, polite and friendly. Although there was a short queue, the ladies worked quickly and got through it in no time. They advised me on the most suitable insurance, and the car I received exceeded my expectations. The online booking beforehand was also straightforward. Highly recommended.
