Ci dispiace invece per l’attesa prolungata al banco in aeroporto: terremo conto della sua segnalazione per migliorare la gestione dei momenti di maggiore affluenza.

Abrupt and unhelpful
There was approx. an hour of flight delay in Edinburgh to Bari and I had promptly let office know. I received a reply folloqing day. At the desk, it was explained to me that there were other customers late as well-arriving from same flight. I was the first one to arrive at your desk, due to being able to go through passport control without frills.
Despite this, I was told to pay 60 Euros for late check in and when I asked if this was specified in booking terms and coditions, your staff member behind the counter told me very abruptly: " eehh, either this or try to walk to your destination or good luck with finding a taxi. If you want, complain to your airline about this!"
Dissaointed with this treatment, I refused to proceed with the extra hidden charge and left.
I costed me a emergency hotel booking, taxi forth and back to Modugno, where hotal was, also a day less on the beach as initially planned.
Rented a car following morning with Drivalia, costing less, better car, also excelletn customer services.
Rest assured, I will forward this review in all platforms available, to inform potential future customers.

we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and, above all, for the manner in which you report being addressed at the desk. Comments of this kind do not reflect the standard of assistance our team is expected to provide, even in difficult operational circumstances.
The requested supplement relates to the out-of-hours collection service and is stated in the rental conditions and price list. The tolerance provided in the event of a flight delay allows the reservation to remain valid, but it does not automatically waive the out-of-hours charge when collection takes place after the branch has closed.
Nevertheless, considering that you informed the office, the actual time of your arrival and what reportedly occurred at the desk, we believe the matter requires a detailed review. Please contact customercare@autovia.it with your reservation number so that we can verify the timings, the communications exchanged and the conduct you have described.
We apologise for this negative experience and for the impact it had on your travel plans.

Nice and easy
Was first on the line to get papers done. Was quick and easy process, nice personell. All in all getting the car didnt take more than 10 min with all paper works. Car was ready, just took and hit the road. Also returning the car was quick and transparent process.

Esperienza PESSIMA. Le due ragazze presenti al desk sono state veramente scortesi, maleducate, al limite della decenza. Non sono solita scrivere recensioni di questo tipo, ma sono veramente arrabbiata. Avevamo prenotato una macchina con seggiolino per la nostra bimba di 15 mesi e al ritiro dell’auto ci hanno detto non avere seggiolini disponibili. È possibile dover trovarsi con una bimba di 15 mesi e senza seggiolino auto? Alla richiesta di fornircelo su loro spesa ci hanno risposto che dovevamo comprarcelo noi. Ad averlo saputo me lo sarei portata da casa, ho viaggiato diverse volte con mia figlia e non ho mai avuto questo tipo di problemi. SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI NOLEGGIARE CON LORO. Anche solo l’educazione e l’aiuto ad una famiglia poteva servire per colmare il problema, ma a quanto pare la maleducazione ha prevalso. Mi dispiace molto, ma non è possibile che in Italia, una bimba di 15 mesi non abbia la priorità e la sicurezza quando viaggia.

ci dispiace molto leggere la sua recensione e comprendiamo pienamente il disagio vissuto, soprattutto viaggiando con una bambina così piccola.
Ci scusiamo se al momento del ritiro il seggiolino richiesto non era disponibile e se l’assistenza ricevuta al desk non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La sicurezza dei bambini è un aspetto fondamentale e comprendiamo quanto questa situazione possa aver creato difficoltà e preoccupazione alla sua famiglia.
Il comportamento descritto non rispecchia il livello di cortesia e attenzione che chiediamo al nostro personale. Per questo motivo, la segnalazione verrà presa in considerazione internamente, così da verificare quanto accaduto e migliorare la gestione di casi simili.
Ci dispiace sinceramente per l’esperienza negativa.

Si rifiutano di effettuare rimborsi senza motivi contrattuali
Esperienza pessima e gestione clienti totalmente scorretta all'aeroporto di Bari.
Ho prenotato e prepagato un'auto sul loro sito ufficiale. Una volta arrivata al desk di Bari per il ritiro, il personale si è rifiutato di consegnarmi il veicolo, sostenendo che la mia carta di credito non fosse accettata per il deposito cauzionale.
Il fatto grave: La mia carta rispetta perfettamente tutti i requisiti indicati nei loro termini e condizioni (circuito, massimali e tipologia). Non c'era alcun motivo tecnico o contrattuale per rifiutarla.
Oltre al danno e al disagio di trovarmi appiedata in aeroporto, dovendo sostenere nuovamente la spesa presso un altro noleggio, la beffa: Autovia si sta rifiutando di rimborsarmi l'importo prepagato per un servizio che loro hanno deciso arbitrariamente di non erogare.
Pratiche commerciali scorrette al limite della truffa, e servizio clienti inutile.

ci dispiace per il disagio vissuto al momento del ritiro presso la sede di Bari, ma respingiamo l’accusa di pratica scorretta o truffa.
Per la consegna del veicolo è richiesta una carta di credito fisica intestata al cliente e tecnicamente idonea alla pre-autorizzazione del deposito cauzionale, franchigie, eventuali extra e obbligazioni previste dal contratto. Il fatto che una carta appartenga a un determinato circuito o disponga di massimali adeguati non garantisce automaticamente che risulti accettabile dal sistema come strumento di garanzia al momento del ritiro.
In caso di mancato rispetto dei requisiti di garanzia, il veicolo non può essere consegnato alle condizioni standard e il mancato ritiro può non prevedere rimborso, come indicato nelle condizioni di noleggio e nei requisiti comunicati durante la prenotazione.
Poiché la sua recensione riguarda una pratica specifica e un importo prepagato, la invitiamo a inviare numero di prenotazione, documentazione della carta e ogni elemento utile a customercare@autovia.it, così da consentire una verifica puntuale dell’accaduto.

I rented a car with Autovia through Discovery Cars in Bari.
When I arrived in Bari at the Autovia desk I was told that I had to pay extra for insurance even though when I booked I paid for FULL insurance.My initial quote was 175£ and I had to pay a further 372 pounds on top of this for 1 weeks rental.
I was told that 100 euros would be refunded when I returned the car undamaged which I did a week later.
I have NEVER received my 100 euros ,I returned the car 4 weeks ago.At first the payment was pending on my credit card and then disappeared.I contacted Autovia who told me that it was refunded and sent a receipt which quite frankly could have been anything.I have NOT received the 100 euro have emailed them several times.
Do NOT use this company ,they are out to rob you .

we are sorry for the inconvenience reported, but we reject the accusation of theft.
Coverages purchased through brokers, such as DiscoverCars, are separate products from the Autovia rental agreement and do not automatically remove the security deposit, excess amounts or liabilities applicable at pick-up. Autovia coverages offered at the desk are optional and the choice always remains with the customer.
Regarding the €100 amount, if the release was processed but is not yet visible, timing may also depend on the banking circuit or the card issuer. We understand your concern: if you believe the amount has not actually been credited back, you may send your bank statement, rental agreement and receipts to customercare@autovia.it so that the case can be checked in detail.
