All good exept for missing the office…
All good exept for missing the office in terminal which could have been better signed as we only found the Sixt office when following signs for rental cars. After quite a walk we had to go back. But good service and clean car.

Great value for money
We had a much better car than the one we ordered. Fast service, helpful staff. The only thing is they are pushing very hard to buy insurance from the desk even if you have a third party insurance, but that wasn’t much of a problem.

As always, Autovía is perfect...amazing service and car
As always, renting a car through autovía is always a pleasure.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and polite, due to a reshuffle in the car vehicle park i have been upgraded for free to a superior tier of the car and got a brand new VW TRoc automatic.
The car worked really good and fine and very smooth.
When giving back the car, the girl at the counter did a great and fast job; in less than 2 minutes I was discharged and went to the terminal.
Strongly recommended.

Ni lurar människor. Hemska!!!!
Först försöker ni sälja på en extra försäkring - trots att vi redan har en.
Sen hittar ni på skador på bilen och debiterar stora summor, utan att det stämmer. Ni går ej igenom bilen innan den hyrs ut, och sen får man lämna den genom att lämna nycklar i en box, för att sen få en faktura.
Passa er!!!!!

we firmly reject the accusations made against our company. Any additional protection packages are always optional and offered only to provide customers with greater coverage during the rental.
Regarding damage claims, the vehicle condition is recorded at pick-up and checked again at return according to the procedures stated in the rental agreement. In case of an out-of-hours return, the customer remains responsible for the vehicle until it is inspected by our staff.
We therefore do not accept the defamatory statements made in this review.
