not correct company!! takes your deposits for damage you didn't do! Do not use this company if you are a foreigner! I am currently writing a complaint to the European Consumer Center with photo proof! I will upload the whole case here soon!

Friendly service. No try to to sell an other insurance. Everything ok with the car. Easy car return. Only thing: Had a little trouble to find the counter in the terminal hall. Could get a better description.

We got top notch customer support from Autovia's employee, Nicoletta, at Bergamo Airport
Although I did expect some "turbulences" in the process of getting our car (due to the other recent reviews), Nicoletta made her job at the highest standards, making us comfortable in the entire process, without insisting to get additional services from them (since we clearly said we do not want anything else I already booked).
