Excellent for urgent care sourcing
I needed urgent care for my sister and Autumna provided me with several options immediately and the company I chose had a carer coming out within 48 hours. She is also very good which is a real bonus

Be specific in your needs, or the needs of your loved ones
Having gotten lost in the Social Services beauracracy, while looking for a suitable care home for my Mum, I was so happy to have options sent to me with "vacancies available". This cut out a lot of red tape and saved traipsing my poor Mum around only to be told " there's a waiting list". Saved me time, and had a reply from a lovely care home the family were happy with especially my Mum .

I found the search easy to do, had a chat with the lady who called who was friendly and understanding. I was emailed a list and most of those care homes also emailed details to me. I've been offered further support if I need it but it wasn't pushy.

Made what felt like a daunting process much more manageable as it enabled me to narrow down my options. They were very quick to respond to my request and I had my Dad settled into a Care Home within ten days of using Autumna. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, itâs been a year now with no results â it feels like a scam. I was never given any documents to sign or review. When I called to cancel, they said I had agreed verbally to a one-year contract and insisted I must pay for the whole year. Please be cautious â donât fall for it, as they will only take advantage of you as a new provider
