I sent an email enquiring about a matter with a carpet company damaging my cooker. A man contacted me that same morning, gave me advice over the phone and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Very impressed.

Andrew put 100% into this matter from the very beginning. He would always give me full transparency on where we were up to and he was very persistent on getting this matter completed with great professionalism and care. It was a lengthy process and at times when full disclosure or communication wasn’t given from the other party Andrew always dealt with this seemingly well and always got the answers needed to push forward. I can’t thank Andrew enough for his support on this and helping complete without any issues. We shall be using Andrew going forward for all our other work as we had nothing but transparency and integrity throughout.
