Andrew Parascandalo recently acted for my wife and I on a highly complex matter. He showed great skill and insight in dealing with it throughout.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his firm to anyone needing a good solicitor.

Had my Will updated and Sarah and her colleagues were awesome. Straightforward process, kept informed all the way through and can now relax, that it is sorted. A new process for me from last time I did my Will is that it can be registered with the National Will Register, so now have it recorded there as well. Highly recommend Avery Walters Solicitors.

My experience of the service given by Avery Walters solicitors through David Carwright was exceptional.
From first contact the level of expertise applied to our case, was first class. Not only that my family and I were given a great deal of support by David. Emails, phone calls, enquiries all dealt with expidiciously usually the same day. I thoroughly recommend this group of Solicitors.

All help from my first initial contact, to the final close of a claim that was handled, satisfactory, by David Cartwright, was handled with understanding, compassion, and alot of patience from all involved at Avery Walters Solicitors. I am a total novice when liaising with Solicitors, and was completely blinded by the wording of many emails/letters of correspondence. I kept replying and basically saying, im really not sure what "this, that" means, and apologising as i knew that all involved, would need to respond, in order to help clarify things with me.
David was extremely helpful, and i must say, very patient.
He responded quickly to my emails, confirming that he/ secretary, had received my personal notes, copies of important paperwork, private matters, etc, needed for him to proceed with a claim against the NHS.
He was very honest from the start, explaining the possible outcome, etc, and reiterated the No Win No Fee, agreement, as i did get a little confused initially about that.
My claim, was successful, and i feel much better mentally, knowing that issues leading up to my mums death Oct 2022, were taken on board, and i received an apology from the hospital( NHS).
I would highly recommend Avery Walters Solicitors, and i cannot praise them enough.

My thanks to Ellie and Laura for their very proficient handling of my Will and Power of Attorney documentation. All the legal jargon was beautifully decoded into layman-speak and each stage of the process (zoom calls, e-mail, and snail-mail) was conducted very smoothly. They’ve clearly done this before. Laura was very good at explaining things and my Will was sorted out with no fuss very quickly.

Laura and her team were professional and the process of drafting our wills was fuss free. This was the first time we had drafted wills, everything was explained to us and no question was too silly.

We had our Wills drawn up and completed during November Will Aid month by Sarah at Avery Walters and were impressed indeed by the professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for guiding us through something we had kept putting off. Its a relief to know that our Wills are done and stored in Avery Walters storage.

I recently used the services of Avery Walters to draft my Will. Everything was clearly explained to me by Ellie, who was a pleasure to deal with. The Will was completed ready for signing very quickly and efficiently, in return for a donation by myself to St Gemma’s Hospice. I will be using this company again to draw up my LPA and based on my experience would have no hesitation in recommending their legal services.

I wrote my will and Lasting Power of Attorneys with Avery & Walter’s.
My legal exec (soon to be a solicitor) Ellie was brilliant. Very professional and also very patient with me. The Will and LPAs were drafted very quickly and Ellie understood when I wanted to make a couple of changes to my Will before it was finalised.
Very reasonable cost and the money I paid for the will to be made was donated by Avery & Waters to St Gemma’s hospice which I thought was great.

Lovely, professional service from Avery Walters. Gave helpful and clear guidance in drawing up our wills. All communication was clear and timely.

I used Avery & Walters to sort out LPA for my mum and dad, they were very helpful from start to finish and as my dad had dementia he had to have assessments done which they helped with. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic,even after dad passed away they were happy to offer any help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would be happy to use them in the future.
