Thanks to Avery Walters for all the hard work . Our status as overseas non-UK residents (Australia) definitely provided a few challenges . These were handled with great professionalism by Mica and her team.

After a slow initial engagement they helped to guide us through a complex process to achieve a lease document which satisfied all legal requirements and all the parties involved.

Contacted Avery Walters to discuss a Will review and discussion about Power of Attorney for a patient. Stefan came for a home visit, and left the patient at ease and comfortable with everything spoken and made sure that all options were covered. Along with this he made sure that safe guarding was being adhered to ensure the patient was acting under their own will, making sure they spoke alone, to confirm wishes. He was confident and professional, and helped to reassure that the patient was in control at every step, with what can be a difficult topic of discussion. The patient was left feeling confident in his decisions, and fully informed. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him on to friends and family.

WE were treated with courtesy and understanding in a very difficult and unwelcome situation. Communication was good and prompt.
