Having used Avery Walters on numerous occasions before, we went back to them to oversee our latest purchase which was somewhat complicated. We were looked after by the new Head of Department; Catherine and her team who went above and beyond to ensure everything completed. A truly tenacious team who gave us confidence in having our best interests at the forefront of everything they did. First class service right from the start. As first time sellers with power of attorney for our uncle, Avery Walters guided us all the way through every step of the sale. Always made sure we were kept in the loop, communication is key for Avery Walters and they did not let us down on any aspect. Although we had some obstacles from the buyer, Avery Walters pushed through and kept us positive at all times. Avery Walters handled the conveyancing on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home simultaneously. We were delighted with their efforts on our behalf.
It was a complex and lengthy chain which demanded close management, but Kirsty and her colleagues were equal to the task and we have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed if they had not taken control of it.
The disparity in service between that provided by Avery Walters and the other involved solicitors was alarming.
