Über Eurowings gebucht und dann mit Avion Express geflogen. Der A320 war alt und ziemlich abgerockt. Lustig fand ich, dass mein Sitz nicht fest war. Ich hatte das Oberteil in der Hand. Sitzabstand sehr sehr eng. Ich stieß mit meinen Knien am Vordersitz an. Und ich bin schmal mit 1,64 m. Fliegerisch alles super. Die Piloten hatten zwischendurch nette Durchsagen gemacht. Alles in allem ok, aber so beengt hab ich noch bei keiner Airline gesessen. Würde ich bei einem Flug über 3h das nächste Mal vermeiden wollen. Flug war von Larnaca nach Zypern.

Horrible experience, the most uncomfortable and tight sits. Horrible flight , theres no place to move even a tiny bit and im not that tall( 178 cm) .

Der Flug wurde verspätet von Heraklion-Hamburg durchgeführt, landete dann jedoch pünktlich. Die Crew wirkte als würde sie alle Passagiere verabscheuen und zeigte dies mit genervten Blicken und daddeln am Handy. Es wurde noch nichtmal kontrolliert, ob sich die Passagiere angeschnallt haben. Babyschwimmwesten wurden einem Kommentarlos in die Hand gedrückt und sollten bitte auch wieder dahin zurückgebracht werden wo man sie her hatte.

Insgesamt wirkte die Crew lustlos und desinteressiert - wenig professionell..

Old planes that haven't been maintained properly. The plane had pressurization issues, and the flight diverted back to Riga. AVOID THEIR PLANES!!!

Flug München - Palma.
Ich hatte Eurowings gebucht und jedoch Avion Express Malta bekommen. Es war ein älterer A320 der schon viele Vorbesitzer hatte und ursprünglich in Indien flog. Vielleicht resultiert daraus auch die recht knappe Beinfreiheit und die recht kurzen Gurte. Allerdings hatte ich gottseidank keine Sitznachbarn.
Die Maschine war maltesisch zugelassen, komplett weiß und nur mit einem Eurowings Schriftzug versehen.
Es gab kein Gratis Getränk - nur gegen Cash und kein Bord Entertainment. Die Lautsprecherdurchsagen waren nur auf englisch und recht laut.
Die Besatzung wirkte einigermaßen professionell, ein junger Steward der den Eindruck eines Azubis erweckte, lief im Küchenbereich streckenweise mit Earpods herum…?
Für die Mittelstrecke MUC-PMI war es okay… Ein Upgrade der Kabine wäre jedoch mittlerweile doch angemessen.

Sears are so small it is very difficult for a normal person to actually fit in the seat. Plane from Zurich to Berlin was 90 minutes late (probably not their fault). Second star because the crew were not unfriendly, but the overall experience makes Ryanair look like Qatar Airways. Terrible move for the Eurowings and Lufthansa brands. Avoid if you can.

The plane was outdated and the crew was terrible ,one of the crew members started screaming to a passenger because he was waiting for the toilet and after he was seated he was still screaming at him. the crew was not friendly and looking at you with a angry face.we booked at Transavia but they hired this company bad mistake from Transavia.

We waren argwanend na het lezen van de reviews, die zagen er nl niet goed uit. Maar we werden blij verrast. De ruimte voor de handbagage (die voor sommige passagiers bijna net zo groot is als een koffer!) was ruim, alles paste prima. Het boarden verliep snel, personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vliegtuig zag er verzorgd en netjes uit. Stoel- en beenruimte was prima. Weinig turbulentie, goede landing. We willen best nog een keer met Avion vliegen!

Transavia vlucht vanuit Rhodos werd Avion Express. We hadden dus helaas geen keus. Sowieso forse vertraging die al op Schiphol was ontstaan en op Rhodos nog eens verergerde. Oud rammelend toestel, losse panelen bij het raam, doorgezakte stoelen met dunne leuningen en zittingen, ondermaatse beenruimte, knieën van de passagier achter je voelde je voortdurend in je rug. Onverstaanbare piloot, buitenlandse bemanning die de hele vlucht vooral zeer luidruchtig met elkaar aan het praten is, niet fijn op een nachtvlucht. Eén keer alleen drankjes. Bovengemiddeld veel turbulentie. Wat een slechte vervanging! Als het kan, mijden die maatschappij!

We booked transavia rhodos-amsterdam but get avion on this trip

Eurowings flight STR-BDS operated by Avion Express Malta plane 9H-AMU.
Flight was late, APU not working at gate, hence it was unbearably hot in the cabin when we boarded (over 30°C!!!).
Cabin crew did apologize for this and they were suffering from the heat as well. Not sure if it's a wise idea to run a plane with APU inop during peak summer season...
Fortunately, it got better once the engines were running and we took off. Really cramped cabin, old WIZZ air plane, sub-standard legroom.
Generally, I have to say, that the crew was really nice and the flight itself was uneventful.
However, it's not LH Group experience you get on AVIONExpress...

Hele goede vlucht gehad, vliegtuig was voorzien van leren comfortabele stoelen. personeel was heel erg vriendelijk, spraken allemaal Engels.

Raad iedereen deze maatschappij aan!

Travelled with Avion (TUI) from Dublin to Lanzarote return. What a fantastic airline. Almost new plane. Brilliant cabin crew and a very comfortable flight.

Onze Transaviavlucht vanuit Malaga naar Amsterdam werd vervangen door Avión express. Door de negatieve reviews stapten we enigszins wantrouwig in. Ja, de beenruimte en stoelruimte is krap maar is niet minder dan bij Transavia. De leren stoelen zaten lekker en waren niet doorgezakt. Ook het cabinepersoneel was vriendelijk en zag er verzorgd uit. Onderweg nog een broodje en een lekker warm drankje gekregen. De vlucht was prima met een hele goede landing. De negatieve reviews waren in ons geval zeker niet terecht. We vonden het prima in orde!

We booked a package holiday to Turkey through TUI, but less than a week before we left we received an email stating that our return flight would be with Avion Express rather than with TUI, this made us a bit anxious as we had read the bad reviews, they weren’t wrong, as we were approaching the plane on the runway in Dalaman the first thing that caught everyone’s attention was that it was just a plain white, tatty looking plane with some paintwork missing around the cockpit windows, as we got inside it looked like something from the 70s, shabby, small and very outdated, after around a 30 min delay we prepared for takeoff, one of the air hostesses had to find a spare seat next to a passenger to sit in as she had nowhere to sit after showing us the safety briefing the old fashioned way as there were no screens onboard!! we accelerated down the runway and the noise was unbearable, and the plane was shaking all over the place, as we lifted off it was reall bumpy and swaying from side to side, we couldn’t understand the pilot when he spoke over the tannoy because the speakers were crackling and breaking up, once up in the air it was less nervy apart from some turbulence (not the airlines fault) then came the descent and landing, the descent felt like it was taking forever but at the same it literally felt like we were nose diving and everyone was looking concerned as our ears popped beyond belief, we seemed to be swerving around and descending at the same time and I actually felt nervous for touchdown, we hit the runway with a heavy thud and the whole plane was rattling and making a crackle noise, then as we came to a stop the smell of fuel filled the fuselage and made everyone feel sick. We couldn’t wait to get off and won’t be flying in one of those outdated planes again, a complaint has gone into TUI.

The only good thing about this plane is the crew.

Uncomfortable. Not suitable for anyone over 5ft 5. You can't eat on there as there's no room. I'm 5ft 2 and I struggled. If you're carrying a bit of weight you can forget it.

I hope I never have to fly on one again.

Greed over comfort with this plane. At the very least it should be a 2 hour flight or less only.

Im Vergleich zu der Billigfluglinie marabu startet und landet diese Linie gefühlt pünktlicher bzw. überhaupt... zwischen München und Palma. Eurowings vertraue ich auch mehr als Condor!

We were booked return Business Class with KM Malta Airlines following the demise of Air Malta. However the flight would be operated by Avion Express but our enquiry to KM Malta assured us they had the same standards of service/comfort that KM described on their own web site.
Not true in our experience. A worn, economy class seat with the metal frame pressing through the excuse for a cushion, no extra pitch or recline, no curtain dividers for galley, WC area or aisle. Unwelcoming, disinterested cabin crew with no passenger interaction skills or passengers' expectation.
Looking at the Avion Express web site it appears that their aircraft are all basic tourist class layout used for ad-hoc lease and charter.
I urge anyone booked on a flight with an Avion Express aircraft to rebook if they can. I will certainly not travel with them again.

Recently, I found myself aboard an Avion Express flight due to a change by Wizz Air. While the journey was acceptable, there were notable areas ripe for enhancement.

Punctuality became a concern when our departure lagged behind by a staggering two hours. One hour in the terminal and another onboard, we anxiously waited, impacting our schedule significantly.

Comfort, necessary even during short-distance flights, unfortunately turned out to be insufficient. The seating configuration lacked the expected level of comfort, especially considering the brevity of the one-hour flight. Limited legroom added to the discomfort, detracting from what could have been a more pleasant journey.
