Fraud alert, do not buy any products from this company. Unable to get a refund and stuck with worthless glasses. Very deceptive advertizing and sponsors should be prosecuted.

Total scam!! Glasses are cheap and blurry. Getting a refund requires MULTIPLE emails. They would only give me 50% of my order back unless I mailed it to CHINA which would cost more than I paid.
I'm on a limited income and got scammed.

I pushed the wrong button and ordered 5 core chips instead of 2. Their return policy sucks! I am unable to mail the one back to China, so I am stuck with paying $159 for something useless! I'm a senior on a fixed income so this hurts. They offered me 50% refund. I had no choice but to accept that. I don't recommend buying from them. They lied about their refund policy .

RIP OFF! Order #187732. I ordered one pair for $29.99, but when I saw three charges totaling $154, I realized that it had changed my order and tacked on some other charges.

. I immediately requested that they change my order to one pair and refund the difference. I received the typical response of "we will get back in 48 hours... I demanded cancellation of the order less than 5 minutes after I ordered, because I could not afford that amount. Well that did not happen.
The glasses arrived about 2 weeks later... ABSOLUTE JUNK! A $3 pair of reading glasses from Walmart is better than this. The alleged distance adjustment is the exact same as in reading glasses. Well, maybe a tad clearer, but I got motion sickness looking around the room.

I requested a return/refund and after a few emails they sent me an address in CHINA. Postage to China is extravagant to say the least and would use up a great chunk of my refund. Using a comparison calculator:

28 emails since ordering .... I am supposed to pay $65 postage (that I don't have) for a 7 oz package, hoping that I MIGHT get back my $154 IF the package makes it back to China and IF they are more honest about refunding than they were about marketing their product?

If I could put 0 stars I would. My 84 yo mother ordered some Vision Pro glasses which are supposed to adjust your vision automatically and she was very disappointed to say the least. These glasses are not as advertised, they are simply cheap readers for a hefty price. To begin with, she ordered the glasses, but found they offered a better deal and within 5 minutes she called them and tried to cancel the first order and they told her they couldn't cancel her order because they've already been packed into a large box with multiple customers orders and it would delay everyone else's delivery. After receiving them, she has sent several emails to get a return address and a return authorization and they keep giving her a run around. They keep sending responses asking for additional information. She has just sent them another email and now they're asking for more pictures of what she received. We will see how this turns out, but I don't have faith in their honesty.
I believe this company to be a scam because they give 180 day return policy, but this is a very difficult process which she has been going through since mid August. In this last email they are refusing to deal with her any longer if she doesn't comply their requests of JPG images which she's already sent weeks ago.

The glasses as other people described are just poor reading glasses! To return costs more than the glasses which have to be sent to their warehouse in China. Please be aware and do not use this site.p

Scam! Same as all the other reviews! I ordered ONE $30 pair of glasses and was charged $170 for all the add-ons that I clicked NO for. Paypal sided with this scam artist!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This is a SCAM. They may be regular reading glasses, but they are not even usable as such because they are not the correct power set. They are of absolutely no use & like many others I wasted my hard earned $$ on this SCAM.

I bought one pair of glasses from this company and declined all the other offers. When I saw the final invoice they had added a case. It came to $54 and some change. The next day I was checking my credit card and saw another charge from them for $89 that the credit card company had declined. I know I didn't buy anything else from them. I sent them an email requesting an immediate refund and called my credit card company to tell them not to release those funds. The company answered my email telling me:
"I’d like to stress that we do not have the ability to create unauthorized transactions on your card. We offer a range of deals once you purchase but in order to accept them, you must click a button stating that you would like to add them to your basket. We have a separate button if you don’t wish to take the deal. (This was a separate transaction or it would have shown on the original invoice.)
Regarding your order, to prioritize speed and getting orders to customers in a timely fashion, all orders are shipped out within an hour of receiving the order in our system. (I seriously doubt that.) I see that your order has already been shipped out. Once an order is processed and shipped, I'm afraid I can't make any changes.
The good news is that there is no need to worry because you have 180 full days after receiving your products to return them for a full refund. (You have to return to China at your expense. That's not cheap.)
For assistance with the return process, you may email us back anytime after you receive your items."

From all the other reviews I've read it seems you have to return the items to China at your own expense, and the most refund you'll get, if any, is 30%.

Oh, and the glasses are garbage. They don't work. And, they show 2 different frames, but they don't give you a choice when you order. You only get the ugly frame.

The good news is that I get their product and they got no money. My card was declined. They should have noticed that immediately.

This company is a fraud and I'll be reporting them to the Consumer Protection Agency.

I’m not sure where to start on how bad this experience has been. They tried to sneak in the VIP program for $49.99, luckily the bank blocked it. The Vision Pro glasses are nothing but reading glasses that will make reading for short periods better but worse for longer periods. I tried to return them because they are not as advertised and I still can’t believe I fell for it. I didn’t click the final submission at the end of the transaction as I was already having buyer’s remorse but it completed anyway. The cost for return shipping to China is twice the price of the glasses. Help yourself and stay away from these.

Do not buy the glasses! They dont work and are terrible! Return policy is impossible, as you must return it to China or accept a fraction for a refund. Do not fall for convincing advertisements! I would not buy anything from this company again
Total SCAM! Learn from my mistake!

Ordered a pair of glasses for $29.95. Charged for some buying club I've never heard of for $39.99.
Found out they won't refund my money and have given me a lot of crap like offering a 50% discount on a service I did not order. Then I find they have upped the charge for the club to $49.99 a month and have me on a monthly plan. Scam and a half. They just tell me they understand my frustration. Beware of these crooks.

I have experienced the same thing as many of the reviewers here....ordered 1 pr glasses and 3 additional pairs pop up on my order,. I tried to cancel immediately, told no....was told when order arrives I could return for refund. Not so....after order was received, the glasses are worthless, I contacted them to start the return. No way - they offered 30% discount on items in their store and they cannot be returned, and they would only give me a minimal refund. I had contacted PayPal originally and they dismissed my case. I will be contacting them again. SPAM! When will I learn???

I would give this zero stars. This company is a scam. I ordered the Vision Pro V2 glasses. They do not do anything that they are advertised to do and they also offer a "180 Day Return Guarantee". After receiving the glasses, I immediately contacted them to return them. The customer service explains that you have to mail them back to China at your cost and they insinuate that the package most likely won't get there. The package was mailed from Jamaica, NY but you aren't permitted to return it there. They first offered me a 30% refund and after much back and forth they increased it to 50%. SCAM all around. Do not buy from this company. The glasses are worse than drug store readers.

0-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Customer

I am extremely disappointed with this company and its treatment of my 89-year-old father, who is living with end-stage COPD.
My father believed he was purchasing eyeglasses for an all-inclusive price of $29.95 CAD. That was the price he understood he was agreeing to when he placed the order online. However, after completing the purchase, he received an order confirmation showing a total of $163.85 USD, which was completely inconsistent with what he believed he was purchasing.
The timeline makes this situation even more unacceptable.
My father received his order confirmation at 4:52 a.m. on August 8. At 4:54 a.m.—only TWO MINUTES later—he immediately contacted customer service and requested that the order be cancelled.
At 5:03 a.m., just 11 minutes after the order had been placed, customer service responded and essentially told him that cancelling the order was nearly impossible because the glasses had supposedly already been packaged and were ready to ship.
The explanation given was that they could not simply retrieve the package because doing so would apparently disrupt everyone else's deliveries. Instead, my father was told that the company has a 180-day guarantee and that he could simply return the glasses if he was dissatisfied.
That response is completely unacceptable.
This was not a customer changing his mind days later. He attempted to cancel the order TWO MINUTES after placing it.
Even more concerning, my father was subsequently notified three days later that the order was ready to be shipped. This directly raises serious questions about the claim that the glasses had somehow already been packaged and were essentially untouchable only minutes after the order was placed.
My father is 89 years old and suffers from end-stage COPD. He specifically explained his circumstances to customer service and explained that he is not physically capable of simply going to a post office to return a product that he had attempted to cancel almost immediately after ordering it.
Despite knowing all of this, customer service refused to make any meaningful effort to assist him.
A 180-day return policy is not an adequate response to a customer who attempted to cancel an order within two minutes of placing it, particularly when the company is claiming the product was already packaged within minutes, yet apparently did not proceed to ship it for several days.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about this company's customer service practices.
My father deserved better.
I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully review the final price, currency, charges and cancellation terms before completing an order, because what my father believed he was purchasing for $29.95 CAD ultimately resulted in a charge of $163.85 USD.
The way this matter was handled was insensitive, unreasonable and completely lacking in customer service.
I will be sharing this experience with others and pursuing every reasonable avenue available to ensure that the circumstances surrounding this transaction and the company's refusal to cancel an order within minutes of it being placed are properly brought to attention.
Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

What a ripoff they are readers only don't work on long distance i would like a refund with return of package

I tried to purchase one pair of glasses, but my credit card was declined. I received a message from my credit card issuer, asking if I had made this purchase. I answered "yes", but changed my mind, and decided not to make the purchase. However, the company must have recorded my information, and made the purchase anyway. On their website, the option to purchase a case with the glasses is pre-checked, which I did not notice when I attempted my first try to purchase (which was declined by my credit card issuer), so I was charged for the glasses and the case, totaling $54 and change. The glasses arrived within the advertised time - approximately 2 weeks. They don't work - not at all. A total waste of money and time.
