BE CAUTIOUS V E R Y CAUTIOUS BUT ALSO don’t Stop with their first or even 5th no customer service responses. Insist that your case be reviewed by supervisors and even managers. Contact the company you placed the order through (PayPal) they are extremely helpful and then your credit card company. Today 7/2/2026 AM after ordering & realizing my mistake in my order & numerous emails back and forth, not taking their unsatisfactory response and contacting my bank and PayPal (which was the main key for me) I got an email this evening saying I was receiving a FULL REFUND.

Horrible company and EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE. Warning DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Order glasses and upon receiving AND comparing this item to store bought reading glasses, found the entire scheme BOGUS!!!!! Reading glasses are better.
Horrible trying to get refund even though they had “180 day Refund Policy”.
They are direct from China not US or Canada. BUYER BEWARE! IT IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM!!!!

I purchased "visionpro v2" eye glasses. The product does not remotely perform as described, doesn't look anything like the photos, and you CANNOT have a refund (despite 180 days guarantee return policy), without spending more then the product cost, to ship to China. Additionally, the website tricked me into purchased a glasses by saying it is free with a checkbox. It seems if you check the box it is NOT free. If you don't check the box it IS free... I lost $54.93. This is a scam of the worst type.

I tried to order the 4 pack of glasses which were to come with a case. My card sent me a fraud alert so the sale was declined. When I cleared the fraud alert Aviroo put it through and had added a shopping discount membership that I did not agree to. Their glasses are not what they claim and they charged me $49.99 this month for the membership. I am currently working on canceling it.

I wish I would have looked at reviews for this place, before ordering. Purchased 3 pair of glasses, Approx $120. They're supposed to adjust to your sight, near or far. They're readers people, only for reading. I'm being told, that I can't get a refund because we got a discount on our purchase. This place is a scam!😡 I'm extremely pissed!

Anna customer service was helpful. I ordered 1 pair of glasses but was charged 179.99 instead of the cost of glasses 29.99. I explained to her the fraud, that I reported to BBB and I wanted a FULL REFUND, after complaining to my credit card company, and talking to her, I am on my way to a FULL REFUND once I mail back the unopened package.

they scammed me out of $139.so I would say not a very good experience.

I accidentally ordered 3 pairs of the Visio pro glasses. Bc the way it read it seemed like 3 pairs for the price of one. I wasn’t paying attention and that’s on me. But 90$ something dollars! And I reached right out and explained it and asked for them to please cancel it bc it was going to cause my account to bounce. And Anna from customer support or service. Said “I’m sorry. It’s in the process and we can’t cancel. But there is a 180 day money back guarantee”. Or whatever.
So. Buyer beware

This is a scam! Do not waste your money! Everything they advertise is a lie! The glasses are cheap and tacky and are no different than low quality reading glasses bought at the dollar store! They will not refund your money they will only offer to give you 30% of what you paid! I wish I had checked further before I wasted my money.

If it were possible to give no stars, that is what I'd post.
Their purchase return policy is weak stating 'possible refund' or 'merchandise exchange'. When I emailed about returning the glasses my 94 yr old mother ordered for a full refund, the provider, Aviroo Home, says the product would need to be returned to the manufacturer in HONG KONG. The other choice was a 30% DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER PRODUCT or 50% refund should I decide to keep the sh!t!!! The purchase value was $165 USD. I want her money returned. She does not need another of their fake products. Scams like this should be removed from the US marketplace.

0 stars, Scam scam scam!!! Took my money quick, sent glasses quick. Glasses hurt eyes just looking through them what rubbish! I Bothered returning them, sending to their given address with tracking to be told " they still haven't arrived, waiting on courier" tracking was signed for + says final destination. Please don't get scammed by these people!

They immediately charged my account and now I can't log onto their site. They have not shipped my order and I cannot get in touch. They charge from a Canadian location. Order #90897.

I only ordered 1 pair of glasses. An additional 3 pair were charged to my account immediately. Now they are trying to charge an additional 49.99 for a membership that I saw nothing about when I placed my order. The glasses are not what they advertised at all. Useless. Do not purchase anything thru this company! Just a scam.

I was just trying to explore a product and charged my card twice before confirming my order and charged my card for and order I didnt choose or even know what was goin on with...!!! Im never goin to go on this site again and definitely do not recommend ANYONE USING THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING...!!! Waiting to hear back on my refund and cancel my order that I didnt want in the first place. Hopefully people will stay away from here and avoid all the issues other people are experiencing as well...!!! Unacceptable for charges and making people go through the process to have problems fixed that shouldn't be happening in the first place...!!!

Placed an order for four glasses. Screen disappeared. They doubled the amount saying the price was in US$. Then they put an order through for another 3 pair. Told them to terminate the order at every stage even before they were dispatched. Cheap non adjustable glasses arrived from China. Can’t see out of them as they are blurry. Do not interact with them.

The product, adaptive lens glasses, are ok at near distance.
Not what was advertised and these glasses act more like magnifying lens than adaptive lens.
I would call this meeting on scam advertising.

Within seconds of placing my order for one pair of glasses, the amount was changed to four pair. I immediately contacted them by and was sent an email telling me that the order had been filled and I would have to wait until the product arrived to get a refund. I did that, and upon arrival contacted them. At that time I was told nothing could be done and I should keep them or give them away. I contacted PayPal and after sending copies of ll communications, I received a six cent return! Paypal closed the request. The glasses themselves are not as advertised either. They claim to not only work as readers but also supposedly will help with distance. They do not!

I paid an extra amount for the glasses case & it was broken, as I am in Australia the dollar amount almost doubled. The glasses them self are ok but uncomfortable to wear & ugly & certainly not what I expected.

Garbage products arrived, claim they can't take returns because of a discounted price. The price is 2-3 times higher than other sites for the same product.
The product, vision pro glasses, do absolutely nothing.
Open the blinds at your house and stare out the window, and that will do more to help your vision than wearing these stupid glasses.
Working through the refund process now. I'm sure it's going to be an absolute joke.
Ads also said the products were from the US, but once it started shipping it was on a slow boat from china.
Avoiding drinking and making late night impulses purchases would have kept me from this nightmare.
