I ORDERED THE GLASSES AND AT CHECKOUT THEY ADDED A $15 CHARGE FOR A CASE !! THE CASE IS A $.10 TYPE OF CASE...........I DID NOT ORDER THE CASE AND THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT MY ACCT.
AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA AT YOUR EXPENCE !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Do not ever buy from this scam company.
The product is crap and they lie. Takes months to get product and you end up buying it and if you request a refund they make you spend $65 to ship to China and then only refund 50% making it a $75 loss for this scam
Stay away learn from my mistake

Ordered one pair of glasses to try out. Received 3. They use a very deceptive checkout platform.
Glasses are cheaply made and do not function as advertised.
Return process is tedious and of course they said there was damage and only offered a partial refund.
Should have worked with my credit card company to dispute rather than try to resolve on my own.
Do NOT shop Aviroo.

Buyer beware!!!

I ordered the Vision Pro eye glasses and went through the same issue as other reviewers where it looked like my original order hadn’t gone through. If my bank hadn’t issued a fraud alert, I’d have ended up with 4 pairs of eyeglasses that don’t do as advertised in stead of 2.

The packaging says it was mailed from Ontario but it came through the Port of Vancouver.

I should have checked reviews first but lesson learned!

Total Scammers and Harassers
They have a very deceptive and tricky website. When trying to submit the order the page comes back and looks like the order didn’t go thru and makes you go through 5/6 pages. I got an email about 5 minutes later that I had ordered not just one pair of glasses but also a membership and 3 more pairs. I contact them immediately to change and then for cancellation but they wouldn't do so. Complete illegitimate fraudsters. I had to send about 12 emails to try to cancel everything and I had to send back the merchandize (to China) even though it was mailed from California. I disputed all charges with my credit card company and they have reversed all the charges, but not sure if they got their money back or not. The worst experience in my 50+ years of buying things through mail or by phone or online! They need to be stopped and forced out of business.

They have a very deceptive website. When trying to submit the order the page comes back and looks like the order didn’t go thru and upon using the continue button it orders more pairs. You realize 5 minutes later and contact them for cancellation but are informed it can’t be canceled as it will disrupt their internal inventory control. WTF. Then they tell u to return them upon receipt for a refund but they have to be sent to a China address which the USPS does not understand and it will cost over $35 to ship back. Totally bullshit. I was offered a partial refund but then it was taken away. Do Not Buy from this scam company.

What a scam and bogus company!!! Awful product. Did not do what it was advertised to do and they are unwilling to refund all my money. Only a smidgen of what I paid. You can't return the item as it is to China at your own expense!

VERY DECEPTIVE AD AND COMPANY
Ordered the vision pro glasses. Was never informed that there were no other options for frame style. (standard are hideous) Or that they are being offered at discounted price (which during refund process was used as the excuse to only refund $16 of the $55 order)
Their “in your face” ads during checkout are over bearing and non reversible.

To top it all off, the glasses do not even work as advertised. Myth busted.

Shame on me as a consumer but shame on them as a retailer. -5 stars

DONT GET ROPED INTO IT!!!

Poor refund policy even when advertised as 180 day satisfaction guaranteed refund.
SCAM

I purchased the the anti radiation device for my phone thru Facebook. Asked to return the product the day after receiving it. It was never opened. They said due to discounted price (not true) they would only give me 30% of another product. This seller is a scam.

This company is a scam. Glasses were extremely blurry. None of my family could use them either. I attempted to return with no success.
Then they charged my credit card to a membership fee that I never agreed to.
I had to cancel my credit card to stop them.
Don't use them.
They wouldn't give me an address to return the glasses. Scam!
Please beware.
Thankfully my credit card company alerted me of possible fraud and stopped further charges.

The glasses I ordered were absolutely useless...straight into the trash. Figures...the ship from address is 1055 Sesame St. 🤣

Like others, I did not do a review first.
this company is so shady with all their products and ordering system.
they add items to your order, then when you try to cancel the order right away after seeing the cost go from $29.99 for a pair of glasses, you are then charged $189.99 because they added items you specifically said no to when you are scrolling to the end of the order form. STAY AWAY

Ordered 2 pair of glasses with case. My credit card questioned the transaction for $84.92, which I approved. The receipt then showed the 2 pair and case in addition to 3 more pair and "Fast Track Saving for $24.99" (whatever that is}. For a total of $199.88. I contacted the company and they told me that I could return whatever I did not want. I sent them back to China at a cost of #32.05. They wanted me to insure the package for $5.00 to save on taxes, which I did not because the postage would have been over $70.00. Then this morning I checked my credit card account and found another transaction made 2 days ago for $49.99. I reported all 3 of the transactions that I did not make. I don't expect to be reimbursed for the original amount. I really should have researched this before buying.

The worst I've ever dealt with. The are thieves. Then send you products you did not order and dont send return address. Everything is through email. I will be disputing the amount they stole from me. Do not trust this sight. Although you may purchase one item they purposely add more and charge your card. Glasses are awful. Not worth it. Do not purchase from them.

purchased the Fuelsync suppose to save gas.
It did Nothing. Waste of money and can't return it.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I bought the glasses that are supposed to work for everyone. The absolutely do not! Contacted the company and because of "the discounted order" it was not eligible for return or refund. Do not do business with these crooks!

Worst company ever!! Sent my glasses back because they didn’t work and they refused to give me a refund because they were damaged. Just keep sending me the same generic email and won’t send them back to me. Stay away from them

They sell a product to give your cell phone battery longer life. ITS A SCAM!! IT FRAUD!! TELL EVERYONE TO NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would have given them a ZERO rating. This company charged me for 4 pairs of these glasses when I ordered one pair. I received the invoice for $129.91. I cancelled the order and they basically replied that they cannot refund as the order went through. I contacted theBBB and wherever I see their advertisement I will give them an FFFFFFF.

BIG SCAM……glasses are nothing but blurry!!! Claim you have to send back to a Chinese address if you want a refund but have a Wyoming address on the initial correspondence I received. Wish I had looked this up for reviews before buying.😢😢😡🤬
