This company charge me extra money for extra items and I did not need it and then I called and canceled the subscription they didn't cancel it after the guy talked to her phone and said he would or refund you back $114 that they owed you they keep sending me this deal saying 7 to 10 days so it's been 12 days now and I still haven't seen my money these people are a joke

Under Pro vVision you have a high rating however Your Trust Pilot score is misleading .. Aviroohome is the seller and their trust pilot reviews provide a very negative review. Pro vision Trust Pilot reviews posted do not even mention the product.

Misleading return policy, defective product, and unnecessary runaround.

I purchased the VisionPro v2 glasses for $59.98, and they did not work at all as advertised.

When I contacted the company, I was initially told returns were not allowed because the item was discounted, even though their website advertises a 180-day return policy. After pushing back, they changed their position and said I could return the item, but only if I paid to ship it to China, which was never disclosed.

The process involved repeated back-and-forth emails with shifting explanations and limited options, primarily partial refunds or discounts. It felt like a delay strategy rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue.

They also instructed me to declare the return value as $5 for customs, even though I paid $59.98, which I was not comfortable doing.

Only after I mentioned filing a chargeback did they finally issue a full refund, including shipping.

Be aware, if the product doesn’t work, the return process is misleading, time-consuming, and difficult.

I strongly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.
