Aman dikkat! Avis.com.tr’den arac kiralamayin! App uzerinden yapin. Orusbu cocuklari dolandiricilar avis.com.tr’enin sayfasini kopyalamislar ve kendinlerini whatsappden avis diye tanitiyorlar “müsterilere”, lakin sizi dolandirana kadar. Kendim sahsen referans kodu uzerine bir ön ödemesi yaptim ve havliyan köpekler simdi pis pis mesajlar yaziyorlar ve eskorta kendileri kadar pis kadinlara kullanyorlar diyorlar. Dikkat etin sizde magdur kalmayin ailenizle aracsiz.

I hired MB E200d from Rize Artvin airport from 21-Jan to 26-Jan
As frequent user of hired cars, especially in Türkiye, it was one of most dreadful experience despite paying over £560 in total (second most expensive car in the list),
1) despite they had the car I wanted in the order, they tried to give me a different car BMW520)
2) they insisted and argued that they had to charge me 135TL per day for winter tyres despite not ordering - all the car hire companies offer winter tyres as a matter of choice
3) they took over an hour from the time a
I arrive at the desk until I left
4) the car wasn’t properly serviced, low engine oil lighting up on dashboard and no windscreen washer liquid at all, the car wasn’t cleaned properly on delivery
5) representative Cagayan and his manager Rafet all not fit for the job, no clue on the basic customer services, Rafet declared his kingdom in Rize airport within Avis

I ordered a car to the airport with a driver and baby seat on November 3rd. I called the driver's phone number they gave me through email half n hour before our pick-up time to check. The driver informed me that he had no information about our pick-up. I called Avis customer service; they made me wait on the phone for 20 minutes, only to say they could not help me. I called the driver again several times to help me because I needed to go to the airport. I took the phone number of the driver's manager, who works with Avis. He helped me over the phone and set up a driver for me, which Avis should have done. It took me an hour and a half of back-and-forth calls to do this, and I COULD DO IT SINCE I SPEAK TURKISH! However, if it were someone else who doesn't speak the language, you would surely end up with a NO-SHOW! Overall, the car rented was late for two hours, and I had to deal with the stress of fixing this problem that Avis employees' caused! I asked for compensation, and Öznur from customer relations informed me that I would not get compensated because the ride had picked us up even though two hours late.

We will make sure that we or any of our friends and family won't ever use this company again. Please do not book this company if you don't want to miss your flight. I'm highly disappointed because the price I paid was so high, this was supposed to be a luxury experience. It was hell for us.

Dont rent a car from Avi.s rental

We got a nail in the tyre while we had a trip in turkey, we called the customer service and they asked us to change the (flat tyre) in the nearest tyre shop next to us and we bring the receipt to them so that they pay us back the whole amount (around 700 - 800 AED for the tyre In our currency) after that we went to the airport office and gave them the receipt, they said you have to call the customer service and we called them at the same time and they just wasted our time waiting on the phone many times because they said they will check the recorded call, after many days they said NO ONE SAID WE WILL PAY BACK !!! We were really shocked and upset and felt like we got scammed !
I messaged them in instagram DM but they didnt open the message until now

I made a prepayment on their website. They called me because the drop-off date is a local holiday even though it was possible online they said they won't be open that day. After finally agreeing I went there but couldn't rent the car with a debit card. I was also not allowed to change the driver's name to my wife who had a credit card on her name.

I have to pay 50% of the days I wanted to rent the car! Unbelievable...

Please do me a favor and don't go to Avis Türkiye. Go to Sixt. I called them and I got even a discount after explaining my situation. Debit Card? No problem. Bringing back the car on a local holiday? No problem.

Jeg havde bestilt en bil over nettet der jeg havde betalt en del ..kom til Konya ..Sagde det at man var tvunget til bruge kredit kort ..
Jeg kommer fra Danmark 98 procent af befolkningen har ikke kredit kort ..skod firma min fætter som er fattig ikke har nogen penge kunne leje med sin tykisk kredit kort men jeg kunne ikke ..jeg følte mig som idiot ..hold jer langt væk fra dem .

I booked a BMW 5 series online and paid for it. Upon arrival to Istanbul Airport AVIS, they said I need minimum 2 credit cards to rent the car. I said I only work with one bank and other AVIS offices in EU accepted this. But AVIS Turkey didn't. So I had to cancel my reservation and when I asked about the refund, they said that I have to apply it online. After my holiday, I did apply for a direct refund for a service which I was never given. First they said "sorry no refund". When I started writing them about the consumer protection, card charge backs etc.. they wrote back and said they will reconsider my case and proceed with refund. Today I received 50% refund and when I asked why not 100%, they simply said its their procedure...Thiefs they are.

A complete disaster !!!! No care for customer as they ware busy during summer holiday term that don't give a monkey about customers. Complete unprofessional system that don't know where are their cars. Can't plan for cars for the customers in advance. Only give available cars to booked customers. Can't plan who are going to get which car. Only increased their interest on service, after asking for extra 30 days! Lost 1.5 hours that left in the pick time of traffic... Lots to list that I had to get a car which I didn't want after all. STAY AWAY DURING SUMMER TERM...
