Avis Car Hire Ireland レビュー 

After leaving an honest but poor review of Avis car hire the company replied and offered an investigation. I duly gave the information they were looking for and waited. Fast forward a few more weeks and nothing! No acknowledgement of email, no investigation. Nothing! Stay well away from Avis car hire. There are plenty of good car hire companies to chose from.

The car I requested wasn't available and as compensation I was provided with a free upgrade which was a new Kia Sportage Wow. This machine was an absolute dream to drive. The staff at Derry Airport went out of their way to be helpful. All in all I was given a most positive experience 😊

We have rented several times with Avis and as usual Martin went the extra mile for a seamless pick up and drop off, a real asset to your business.

The Avis Belfast City team have always been so helpful, friendly and understanding- the vehicles are always in good condition and check in and out very smooth.

We picked our car up at Derry airport, where we met Martin at the Avis desk. He was so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very entertaining and funny. He really made our trip!

Very good overall experience. Collecting the car at Avis Belfast City AirPort was a smooth transaction. The price was very good. I was pleasantly surprised. Returning the car was equally straightforward. We will definitely use them again 🤗

We rented a vehicle at Dublin airport on Friday 8 May unfortunately on our way to attend a family funeral. The initial contact at the Avis arrivals desk was very disappointing whereby the agent was the least bit interested, treated us like a commodity and was not very clear in explaining the process.

After taking the shuttle bus to the collection centre we then had to wait a further 45 minutes before the vehicle was ready. In actual fact they had to provide us with a different vehicle which was very shoddy with lots of scrapes and damage marks.

I subsequently sent a detailed email on 12 May to Avis customer service clearly explaining my dissatisfaction but unfortunately to date (31 May) I still haven’t received a response. I would most certainly not recommend people to book car rentals with Avis at Dublin airport as they are very unprofessional and exhibit very poor levels of customer service.

Do not rent car from this company.They will take of you lot of aditional payments.i was rent car for 5 days and tuk full protection like always do if i rent car.Believe me i was rent a car about in 10 countrys and ever never don’t see something like that.first at all staff didint unerstand me what i have to pay so they took of me 122 for full protection policy witch is normal but than plus some third part insurenc ok i could agreed with this but if i have full protection already its usless and they put me plus additional payment of 93 euros cbf rsn and windscreen protection.in every another country full cover replacing every damage and you pay only for it and no stupid cbf rsn and windscreen protection.

The staff at pickup were unfriendly, not helpful and almost aggressive and rude. Staff at drop-off were not much better. At both pickup and drop off we were told to just sign here, with no explanation of what we were signing. Car was not full of fuel on pickup. Windscreen was filthy and had not been cleaned. Would not recommend using them.

Reliable quality car provider. Never let me down in 30 years. All over the world, if there is an Avis I will use them.

Gary and Jackie at Avis budget Belfast international are one of the best people you can deal with when picking a car. They are professional and extremely polite. They will make sure they look after you and are so kind that if they can upgrade you , they will do their best. I would highly recommended

Thank you Avis! When we blew a tire on a remote road in the country, we went to our rental company for help. Turns out, they couldnt help us or find us another car. Avis came to the rescue and in minutes had us back on the road in a new rental big enough to fit our large family. Well done!

I think for most people Especially the US customers is the hidden cost of insurance.I am Irish myself and have been renting cars since 1992 when ur Gold card covered this .All the delays at the airport counter is caused by hidden insurance costs.I would prefer if the price was say $100 per day all charges included.Other than that not going to knit pick about every little thing.Love meeting the local staff at the Dublin counter .Then u know ur home ☘️🇮🇪
