Easy, quick and without any suprise all-inclusive car rental

A great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the car rental process is simple. The services offered cover any issue, and the cars are clean and in good condition, both aesthetically and mechanically.

We rented a hybrid but the battery never got over 60%. So we essentially ran a gasoline car for 4 days but paid for a hybrid.

Insurance-included is a good option but didn't expect a sub standard car.

Excellent, seamless service. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I've rented from NewWay a couple of times and have always been satisfied. The only thing that wasn't so great this time was the pickup and drop-off at a parking lot further out. There was no signage that NewWay customers could pick up their keys at a designated counter, so I spent almost half an hour in the Avis queue before realising I didn't have to. No information was given. At drop-off, there wasn't enough room to park, so staff was yelling at customers and trying to direct them. Then you had to wait beside your car for someone to come and check it - this was also not communicated. NewWay seems to be an afterthought to Avis and Europcar, with no signs and no dedicated staff at the car park. I had to ask around, losing precious time. Other than that, the experience was good - the car was clean and good quality, and I like that everything is included in the price and nobody is trying to sell me additional insurance.

Have used NewWay car hire for 3 years now, no hidden extras cars are always clean and tidy.

Allowed me to pick up the car early. Quick and hasle free drop off. The car was clean and decent enough. This was my 4th time using New Way and have nothing bad to say.

Long queues at the collection desk. One person, one computer at the desk. The car pick up is located a long way from the Dublin terminal. The return is more stressful and the buses taking you to the terminal are full meaning you can’t get the bus after drop off. Won’t hire again.

Upon arrival at Dublin airport there was only one individual working at the new way car hire desk and it took about half an hour and that was just to sign the contract. Then we had to take a shuttle to Avis/budget which took another half an hour because they only had one running. After getting our car and driving for maybe twenty minutes a warning popped up that a tire was low on air. Well about twenty minutes later we had a flat. Upon calling the roadside line for over an hour we finally got someone to assist us because while it was just a flat and I could change it the jack that was in the back was broken and wouldn’t hold the car. It wasn’t just me a nice Irishman stopped and lent a hand and had the same issue. Then another hour and a half passed and roadside assistance finally showed up and put the spare on. We then had to drive and get a new tire because there was a puncture/nail in the tire. Overall, disappointed in the maintenance on the vehicles and the lack of speed that help arrived. The company couldn’t have cared less and didn’t offer any accommodation. I went with this brand because they are all inclusive but that just translated to less help and more expensive.

NewWay Car Hire Dublin Airport has been a perfect experience. Quick check-in, full ensurance included. The Car, a Nissan Juke, was in line with what was booked. Nearly brand new, only 16500 km, clean and perfect. Car returning was easy and quick.
I would reccomend.

Planning for my first trip to Ireland from Canada, the most stressful part of planning was the car rental ( car hire). I’m used to choosing the lowest provider and relying on my credit card company to save me on the CDW. The nature of the Irish laneways and roads are legendary for a reason. After having initially reserving with two other company’s, the research told me this was a mistake. Either hidden charges, or not trusting you’re actually fully insured, I decided to give myself peace of mind and chose to go with NewWay. Listen to me, you should too! Yes, it’s a little more expensive, but the peace of mind is worth it, and trust me, after driving down two way traffic the size of a sidewalk, peace of mind is exactly what you want. As a bonus, the staff is amazing! Book it. Forget it. Enjoy your Irish adventure.

Rented a Sandero for 20 days and drove 3,000 km without any issues.
I had to photograph the car carefully due to the numerous "marks on the bodywork and wheels." I concluded that they offer cars that are NOT new to tourists unaccustomed to driving on the left—which is perhaps understandable. Still, it was an attractive offer thanks to the "all-inclusive" terms. Easy pickup and drop-off at Dublin Airport.

Pongo solo una estrella porque no me deja poner 0. Una experiencia horrible, reservé un coche tipo Hyundai i10, y me entregaron un Kia Picanto sin aire acondicionado y con más de 100.000kms! Una tortura conducir por Irlanda más de 700km sin aire en pleno verano! Como pueden seguir alquilando un coche obsoleto e inseguro, y ni siquiera a precio económico (90€ el día). Una vergüenza de compañía, ni siquiera se disculparon ni ofrecieron compensacion alguna. Alquilad por favor en las compañías clásicas (Hertz, Europcar..), son más fiables y evitaréis problemas

Be very careful with NewWay’s fuel policy
NewWay pre-authorised €202.50 as a fuel deposit. My rental agreement says this fuel hold may be used to settle “refuelling costs”, and NewWay’s terms state refuelling costs €30 plus the fuel cost.
I returned the car with 1/8 tank remaining, confirmed on NewWay’s own final record. Nevertheless, the entire €202.50 was charged as “Fuel”.
Their Customer Service Manager has now confirmed in writing that €202.50 was a deposit/pre-authorisation and NOT the actual value of fuel used, but still refuses a refund.
NewWay has also not identified the contractual clause allowing them to retain the entire fuel deposit regardless of the actual fuel required.
I am now referring this to an independent consumer body.

Excellent experience with this company. The fact that the price is reasonable and ALL inclusive (insurance, collision damage and other waivers etc,.. please read FAQ) gives you great peace of mind. Vehicule was in superb condition and very modern. Communication with the company was excellent (i.e. a couple of mails exchanged to clarify a few points). We rented the car for 7 days. Company highly recommended.
