We have passed on your order to finance team and urge them to refund you as quickly as possible. And we would update with you with latest information. As we still could not operate normally, we asked IT to disable the checkout option opened by him. Sorry for this trouble. Even we enforce strict quality assurance multi times over all products shipped out to our customer including, we would admit that few among ten thousands may be not satisfying to our customers like you. Yes previously warehouse/delivery/customer service were not functioning and we refunded most of them, and for those remaining leaking one, we would deal with them as well. one and we would pass on your order to finance team to refund you. We disabled check out option once we realized that warehouse/delivery could not function at that time.

Dear Seller, actually we did not have sellers for the past six months as we have our own purchase team and main big sellers from China directly. Even before the pandemic, sellers in UAE only repsents less than 0.3% of our annual hundreds of millions of value of products to our millions of customers. As we hope that we could pass on saving to our customers. We gradually realize that sellers in UAE could not give our customers the lowest possible price for most of those products, and sending cars to collect orders from small sellers has lost a lot of money for company, as you know, cost is very high for collecting products , especially very few ones every day, which hampers our ability to service customers. With that said, please contact your seller agent. In the future, usualy we may only open up sellers program to big item products like home appliance, furniture and etc, and only would do that until seller auto payment feature is ready and tested, win-win structure would be designed for both UAE sellers ,Awok and millions of our customers. You may go with those local categories, not those categories which could be air-shipping directly from China. Otherwise, with the much bigger expensive in UAE, you could not offer the same lowest price for millions of customers and hardly compete with products directly from China manufactorying field. Because we are from the underserved and we are here for those millions of underserved people in mideast. We have to pass on saving to our customers. Always low price is the core principle for our business and for our customers!

Dear Customer, We know that we disappointed you for the past few months as our opeartion got suddenly disrupted by those pandemic. Sadly that was true customer service was not functioning as well. I checked your order, it is still in pickable status as warehouse opeartion were stopped before. As we would have strong team to take over the opeartion. we would try to restore customer service/warehouse/delivery as soon as possible. We understand that for your order, that was too long, so if you want to cancel that, you may cancel that, we would pass on your information to finance team to refund that. On the hand, if you are still willing to receive, we would process them as soon as possible when warehouse opeartion restored. Sorry for this inconvenience for this once in a hundred year's pandemic. As you may know, it was not the experience that millions of our customers used to experienced over those previous seven years. Thank you for your understanding and hopefully we could all get out of this unusual situation together soon!

Dear Customer, for the first cancelled one, we have passed on that information to finance team to refund you. For the second one, since that is in pickable status, please cancel from your side, so finance team could refund that. As your kind suggestion, that was heard, the checkout process were disabled to avoid taking orders until the pandemic eases, warehouse/delivery/customer are back to operation and normal then.

Dear Customer, your order is in Ready for Dispatch status, we are talking to engineering to see if there are chance to cancel that,then it could be passed on to finance team to refund that. These days most offices in UAE are closed or half open as there are still hundreds of cases each day. We also disabled our checkout for app, and we would let you know once we regroup and started again once warehouse/delivery/customer service are ready.
