Products are dangerous and customer service is poor.
The formula pro advanced bottle maker does not follow NHS guidance for safe bottle making. It literally uses tap water and doesn't heat or boil, not even a hot shot. Not safe for making bottles because it isn't sterilising the formula. The instructions also don't say to use cooler boiled water to load into the tank.
This product should be taken off the market, it's seriously dangerous. Baby Brezza are extremely defensive on the matter when you contact them to ask about it, saying they are aware of the controversy then going into a generic non committal response.
The Bottle Washer Pro is also ineffective. As soon as you open the lid, all the bottles you sterilised become contaminated. When I contacted Baby Brezza to ask how I can follow NHS guidelines (I.e. make one bottle at a time) and still keep the other bottles sterile, they had no response to this, and told me 'it's a new product so we may get this feedback.'
Again, very dangerous product.
Avoid at all costs.

Unternehmen ist stark Profitorientiert, Gerät wurde zwar über Ebay gebraucht gekauft ging aber nach ca. 2 Monaten Einsatz defekt. Beim Hersteller angefragt ob eine Reperatur möglich ist nicht als Gewährleistung sondern als entgeldlich. Dann erfahren das es für ein Gerät was knapp 300€ kostet keine Reparatur oder Ersatzteile für die Eleltronik gibt. Aif Anfrage einer möglichen Lösung wurde ich wiedermals abgewiesen also ist man gezwungen ein neues Gerät zu kaufen, Hauptsache Profit. Das Gerät ist übrigens keine 2 Jahre alt die Gewährleistung wurde direkt abgewiesen da keine Quittung vorhanden ist dabei muss laut BGB nichtmal eine Quittung vorhanden sein. Also ich empfehle niemandem dort zu kaufen hier wird Kundenservice klein geschrieben Hauptsache die Kente kommt Rest ist denen egal meiner Meinung nach schlechte Unternehmensphilosophie.

'no quibble returns'. That's a big lie! Please don't trust this company or their products. My son didn't get along with the formula pro advanced. I tried to return the product after 7 days and there was no negotiating with their customer service team. Please avoid

Have tried to contact multiple times about one of the features not being correct on an item I've brought, haven't received any response, my last attempt being 7 days ago

Says satisfaction guaranteed but instead im left with an expensive side ornament. Do not buy from here.

The device is interesting however the customer support is nonexistent by mail or phone in EU, US or Canada.
We have tried to contact the customer support for the settings for a Kendamil formula. For the same formula it shows 2 settings 3 or 4 so we don't know which one is correct.
We have addressed this to them by various ways but it is impossible to get in touch with someone.
My advise don't buy unless you want an expensive water dispenser

Wir haben uns den babybrezza für unsere Zwillinge nach nicht mal 8 Wochen!!! War da Teil hin... Motorschaden.!!! Nach unzähligen Mails und Anrufen bekamen wir nach 4Wochen!!!! Eine Antwort. Nach vielen weiteren Diskussionen und 10 facher Übersendung der gewünschten "Beweisfotos und Videos" wollte die Firma und ein neues Gerät schicken. Wir haben höflich darum gebeten uns doch bitte unser Geld zurück zu geben ,denn bei so einer langen Wartezeit haben wir uns natürlich schon lange ein anderes Gerät besorgt. Die Antwort:"wir bestehen auf unser Recht des Austausches!" Dankeschön,selten so einen Schrott für so viel Geld gekauft mit einem so schlechten bis gar keinen Service.Einfach Finger weg von diesen Betrügern.

Bought a Baby Brezza Super Fast Strrilizer from Bed Bath and Beyond, smelled like burned plastic and smoke within a week. Baby Brezza replaced and same thing happened within a week with the new one. Now customer service has ghosted us. What a waste of money.

If I could give this company a zero! I would!!!! I am still trying to return a product to them that I have attempted to contact via phone and email. They never answered or replied! I contacted them via 3 different customer service emails, via facebook messenger, via their company website chatbot!l! No response from any methods I had used to contact them, and always no agents available even though I contacted them in their available time stated!! I hope this will help other customers know how bad their customer service is, and not regret like me! I would not buy ANYthing from them again!! They are horrible and will never answer you if you have an issue!

Update on 17 Jun, someone finally got back to me and I was able to get my replacement! Looking forward to the arrival so that I can start making baby food purees for my LO! They informed me is due to Memorial day and Juneteenth holiday that is why they are short staffed. So hopefully this is a one off incident! 🙏

Done a lot of research before buying this bottle maker. We were initially worried about the hygiene with the water. We have cleaned and refilled (every 24 hours) according to the schedule/instructions and there have not been any issues whatsoever. Our baby is 8 months at the time of this review. We purchased the bottle maker 7 months ago. This has been a godsend, makes bottles in seconds. Saving a lot of time, stress and an impatient baby. Would recommend without any hesitation. Helpful tip - buy a spare funnel (£12) for when you do the short clean of funnel and wipe of dispenser (every 4 bottles). You can just switch very quickly then.

My steamer broke about 7-8 months in and they had me send them all the info including a video for which they then said I had to have proof of purchase as the lot number showed that it was made in 2021 (although my son is not even 1 year old and I bought the product after he was born). I had given the lot number initially and they went back and forth for weeks finally to tell me this. Would not recommend baby brezza at all as their customer service wasted my time and the product was actually very expensive, did not last and customer service was less than helpful.

Best service ever. My Baby Brezza broke up just around Christmas and their services were really good and promptly. They went above and beyond for me to get the new one really quick. Definitely 💯 worth it and definitely 💯 costumer service.

I cannot recommend the support of babybrezza eu at all. I bought a Babybrezza Advantage Pro about 3 months ago. Babybrezza advertises that it is compatible with 99.9% of all baby milk powders. Yes, mine (Nestle Beba pre expert HA) is unfortunately not included. I then contacted support and they promised to test the milk and send me the settings. I've been waiting for an answer for over 3 months and no longer respond to emails. Before you buy, make sure that your baby milk is listed, otherwise you are lost. Never again

I couldn't live without this machine. Not scooping and spilling sticky powder everywhere 8 times a day is better than you can imagine. Ignore the fool who says it takes 5-10 mins to wash the funnel, it takes 10 seconds to wash and a minute to dry with a towel and is easier than wiping spilled powder up every time. I haven't measured the energy usage but you have to heat the water one way or the other and I'd rather not wait for the water to cool. Get it, cuddle it, kiss it and let it know you love it because you'll miss it when it's gone. I will probably keep it after the babies are off milk just to make the odd one to remind me how good it is. That's how good it is. Buy it.

Thankyou so much for inventing designing and developing the baby Brezza it's honestly amazing. We love it! We have twins and the amount of time it saves in every day alone is fantastic but also so beneficial for my sanity and the girls as formula is on tap for two hungry girls and avoids having to listen to hunger crys.

We love it so much we even wanted to take it on holiday but did not have the suitcase space...we missed it so much! We genuinely looked forward to getting home to it.

Only con: We find it abit of a pest having to keep cleaning the funnel after 3 uses which with twins is every feed...it can be tricked by taking it out and pushing it back in and skipping this process and cleaning only twice a day. I'm sure this wouldn't be recommended but works for us. But to iron this out would be the only improvment

Amazing! Makes the bottle within seconds… no messing around with boiling the kettle and then cooling the milk down!

It’s not loud, it’s makes sure to remind you to clean it every 4 bottles- which only involves in cleaning a little bit of the plastic funnel with is easily removable. We boil water and top up the water tank which is again easiest removable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Sooo worth the money!!!

As heard from many people saying"it's a life saver" I wouldn't describe it anything like that. Yeah it's a good idea someone came up with to brew babymilk instead of wasting time first boil water, then cool it down to 38-40° and afterwards measure the powder into bottle. But as good as the idea is as bad is the product.
For the price you pay, 2000dkkr in Denmark, around 220pound, it's just not worth it.

They marketing with how easy the life will get with a Babybrezza, but in real you can spend much less time preparing the milk by yourself.

1. The price is soooo high and you get the most cheapest quality plastic machine

2. The machine takes around 3mins heating up the water, and note it only heat up the water, so you have to use filtered or bottle water, so you have clean water for the baby.
- my kettle only takes one minut boiling the water the amount I need for my baby, so estimate it to around 40 seconds just heating up water
- and my coffee machine, which I gave around 400dkkr = 42pound does a job like this much better. So if I could make a casual with babymilk in it, my coffee machine would brew the milk much better for less money and much better quality materials

3. You have to clean the funnel ones in a day, so if you didn't buy an extra funnel, which you can't in shops, you have to spend more 5-10mins washing it after every four bottle and then clean it till it is fully dry

4. The machine is louder than if I heat up the water on stove or kettle, which wakes up my other kids if my baby needs a bottle middle of the night, which she does two times every night.

The best part of it is that you can adjust the machine to brew "your" babymilk brand, because not everyone has the same amounts for one bottle of 150ml og 250ml. Many people claims that the Babybrezza brew more, but as I have measured two types of milk substitute the machine brew same amount as I made by my self. Because in the end, when water and milkpowder are mixed, the amount is a bit higher than you made the bottle. A simple easy logical calculation, everyone should know that!

So the conclusion is, if I have to keep the machine, I'll let it keep on whole the time, which is a down side, because it takes a lot of numbers in the electricity bill. You can hear it heating up the water every two-three minutes. And if you just turn on the machine 3 min before brewing the milk, the water isn't hot enough as the temperature function you choose.
It makes easy to get milk for your baby, but it's an expensive solution in every way.
And you'll get some cheap Chinese product not worth having in the end.

The funny part is that everyone on YouTube tells how good it is, or the downside that you have to wash the funnel. But no one mentioned all these things which are more important than a funnel washing problem.

If I could give this company a zero! I would!!!! I am still trying to return a product with them that I have attempted to contact via phone and email. They never answered or replied! I contacted them via Instagram and the replied to me via dm and said they would contact me via email! They never did!! Now I am trying to get the information I need via dm and they stop answering me there! After I posted a comment saying how bad their customer service is so many other people started commenting the same! I would not buy one si Nike thing from them!! They are horrible and will never answer you if you have an issue!

Saved my life recommend it like to every parent using formula milk
