Super scammy service!! AVOID. the quality of babysitters is poor, and to add insult to injury, I cancelled my premium subscription in November, received confirmation, nevertheless I'm still being charge months later. I see no way to contact support. Now I need to contact my bank.

handige fijne app, zeer tevreden!

Ik heb een oppas via deze website imgehuurd en ze heeft 2 volle pakken peuken (jps rood maxi 25) gestolen van me.
Ook heeft ze zonder toestemming mijn baby volledig uitgekleed en zat de luier helemaal verkeerd (ik had haar verschoond voor ik weg ging dus de luier zat goed toen ik weg ging, ik ben 1 uur weggeweest).
Ook heeft ze express deurem dichtgedaan van de ruimtes waar de kattenbakken staan(ik had specefiek gezegd dat elke deur open moest blijven). Ook heeft ze meerdere keren aan de termostaat gezeten (van 22 naar 24 en toen helemaal uitgezet) terwijl ik heb gezegd dat ie op 21 moet blijven staan. Ik moest alsnog 25 euro afrekenem hiervoor en het bedrijf laat niks van zich horen als je belt of mailt. Ik kreeg 3 negatieve reviews op de website nadat ik de oppas had geappt met de vraag of ze de peuken terug kon brengen

Een super slechte website. Na betaling wordt het je onmogelijk gemaakt om berichten te sturen naar oppassers. Of zelf berichten te ontvangen. Zelfs als je met heel veel moeite een kopie van je paspoort foto download en een.foto van je zelf. Het zijn oplichters!!

I also appreciate the safeguards in place for bookings and payment. It was also relatively straight forward to create profile, with step by step clear instructions, ability to request references directly via the app, and lots of handy resources and tips. The location setting also makes it easy to narrow down searches based on distance. Would recommend this app to all peers who wish to find caregiving jobs in their area.

het is een goeie app iedereen die een baan zoek raad ik zeker aan en als je ook goed met kinderen kan omgaan zeker

I love babysits, I have been using this app for three years now, and it has worked perfectly for me.

Avoid at all cost!
After you pay subscription and try to hire babysit. You pay for her booking and they do not show up totally ruining your plans for the day! Customer service is so poor that when you give her a negative review after she doesnt show up she will contact them with fake informations and they will ban your account only to pay for new one!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!
On top of it all babysitters are young with zero experience looking like fake account with 5% reply rate!!
