We bought "crystal" coffee cups..... What a joke. They were made with some kink of epoxy and I'm fairly sure the Chinese kindergarten class painted them. Customer service is a joke, no help at all. I ended up disputing this with my credit card company. I will never order from this Chinese scam site again
Cheap Knockoff
I ordered wear was supposed to be a Stanley tumbler from them. When it arrived, a month later, it is in fact NOT a Stanley. It's simply a cheap knockoff. They have no way on their site to teach customer service. 10/10 would not recommend using these people.

Well⊠24 hours ago I was checking these reviews because I ordered a Taylor Swift cup at the end of November-early December. Is a Christmas gift so I started getting nervous and was so alarmed by these reviews that I ordered one from Amazon this morning although not the same one that I ordered from Bake Everything. I emailed their customer service about a week and a half ago and they responded letting me know that it does take 10-20 days for shipping, and gave me the update on the order timeline which said Dec 23 and thanked me for my business. I felt better BUT looking at the date, better wasnât what I needed. Further, during that time from the email til now I got an email with an updated shipping number which actually was the same number as I had. I tried entering it for tracking number and nope it didnât take it was the long number of letters and numbers. Then I read in the âenter order numberâ space again and it needed my order number. It came up, was very vague and non descriptive SO I hit the order button on my Amazon and it will arrive a day after Christmas. Good enough! At least I will have it. Then âŠthis evening I opened a box from todays deliveries expecting a little pair of black Mary Janeâs only to find my husband said these arenât Mary Janeâs itâs the cup! Ummm no way. Yep this was my experience. I needed to be very patient, never did I understand it would be this long but I do have to give the credit where it is due because I was totally in the boat at that moment with the rest of you. But they did email me back when I just wrote â I ordered a cup early Dec it almost Christmas where is it?â And they kindly responded explaining their lengthy process of getting a cup to someone and then said it would arrive the 23rd and it is the 23rd. Keep pursuing your purpose. It did take a while, so please donât order when you have a deadline unless you have time to allow just in case. I didnât need the stress associated with not having a gift for someone young and would be crushed if everyone in the room got something but her, but it was self imposed in part I guess. I canceled Amazon order. The Taylor cup is very nice although I do not see Stanley on it either but the other artwork is as expected.and the weight is good. Hope this helps some of you that are having trouble. More detailed info wouldâve been helpful along the way though.

I paid for a Stitch Stanley 40oz Tumbler for my daughter and paid the extra 10 dollars for the expedited and insured shipping. This was 8 days ago, and up until this moment my item hasn't shipped.
I tried contacting the company through email to see if their shipping policies had changed since creating their shipping policies notice, only to be immediately emailed back with a computerized generalization answering all sorts of Q and A's.
The product I ordered wasn't cheaper from this website, rather than Amazon or any competitor, so I'm beating myself up for ordering from a place located in Hangzhou China, instead of having looked literally anywhere else before ordering from an unknown website.
If i start actually receiving tracking information updates, I'll update my review. And if my item actually does arrive- (which I'm beginning to doubt after reading through everyone else's issues being the same as my own)- but if my item does actually arrive I will update this review and depending on the quality, I'd be willing up up the star count to 4. Can't be 5 stars after having waited a few business days for a human response to my email and not actually getting that email- the lack of any sort of actual customer service immediately negates a full 5 star experience, but if my item actually arrives from China as pristine and legitimate as the sales ad suggested I'd be getting, a potential apology and a rating up to 4 stars is on the table.
I really hope more people are far smarter than I and research this company before following through with a transaction. Having seen all these reviews after a quick google search of Bake Everything, and with my personal experience as of this moment, my anxiety on having been scammed has never been this high. Which is saying something cause I've actually been scammed from Amazon and Ebay, comes with the whole third party selling i suppose. But having this Stitch Stanley cup being one of the few nice things I was able to get my daughter for Xmas this year was something I was beyond excited for.
Please don't ever just buy something as soon as you see it! Learn from me. Shop around first.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchase 2 Stanley's for Christmas back in November. We are just a few days till Christmas and have not received them. I am unable to see any activity on the tracking number that was provided. I've emailed tons of times and have not received a response. I am going to see if I can report them for false advertisement and see if i can call my bank to see if I can get my money back. Almost $80 down the drain! I was so excited to habe found a stitch tumbler for my 7 year old. I am so angry! Don't order from this POS and probably fake company!

I wish I would've read all of the reviews before ordering from them. My daughter wanted a specific tumbler from this company. I couldn't find it anywhere else so ordered against my initial intuition. I have a bogus tracking number and no one is responding to my emails. Here it is almost Christmas and it doesn't look like she will get the tumbler. Almost $50 gone. I wish there was another way to report this company and have them taken offline.

I didn't want to give any stars but to write a review you have to. I ordered a cookie cutter from Bake Everything on July 6, 2024 and I did not receive the cookie cutter until September 12, 2024! I made many email requests for my order to be canceled but they declined my request "because it was already processed". Meanwhile my package was sitting in China for over a month! I have requested them to return my money and they refused to. Finally I received a "helpful" email I was told to deny the package and they will refund my money. Well here it is the middle of December and I still haven't received my refund. I ended up ordering the same cookie cutter through Amazon and received that a week later and for less money and that was even shipped out of China! I will never use them again.
